昼ドラ type that you rarely ever see in the current BL market. I really enjoy Kawai Yumiko’s books that feature bureaucrats (except the copaganda series). It’s very likely that Kawai has a background, or at least surrounded by those with a background working within the system, because she writes with such ease about the habits, the ways of thinking, the desires and ambitions of bureaucrats; and the internal politics within one institution, or between institutions. These are topics that very few amateurs can, or even want to tackle, as they are challenging to write in a persuasive and engaging way. Really enjoy this as a ドロドロなドラマ
