Mr. Ralph erskine' s Prac'fical Works, in Oé'tavo, purchafed, fome time ago, from the Heirs of Mr. Newlands, the orlgmal Proprietor of thefe Works, the fole right of Printing, Publiihing, and Vending them and judge it proper to notify this to the Pub lic, that none may imagine they are invading the late Proprietor's right 5 and to allure all others, that if any prefume to incroach upon theirs, in any refpeé't, they will fubjeé't thcmfclves to a profccution.
