A 🔥🔥🔥 short story for Mr Finlay and his dreams. Smokin hot scenes which had me a bit surprised to see who the alpha was. Well written I would have loved it a bit longer..
Mr Finlay fantasies over his hot sexy gardner Jacob that will ever be just a fantasy. But once Jacob spots him at his window nude..well you'll have see what happens next.

This author always manages to get my heart racing in hi stories. This one is short but was so worth it. There was one part that had me laughing really hard which was when he got caught and that’s all I am going to say since I don’t want to give away spoilers. Can’t wait to see what other short yummy stories there are.

Who doesn’t enjoy a quickie?
An erotic short story by B. J. Smyth that doesn’t disappoint. Tyler fantasises over Jacob his hot gardener but only gets to see him once a week, whilst peeking through his curtains... however peeking is not all he does.. wink wink.
Totally enjoyed this short story, well crafted, good flow from chapter to chapter with a large sprinkling of heat in between the pages. I love the descriptive prose, the straightforward way in which the scenes are delivered, short, sharp & punchy.

This short story is quick and clever, two characters, single POV. Hot MM sex and not much else, but done well.
As I am a gatherer of books, I collect books and ebooks from a variety of sources: Goodreads wins, Bookhub, BookFunnel, emails from authors and publishers, and others. I do lose track of their sources. But, as a reader, I feel I should give an honest, unencumbered review for all I read.
This short story is quick and clever, two characters, single POV. Hot MM sex and not much else, but done well.

Tyler Finlay is fascinated by his hot as heck gardener Jacob, he watches him through his bedroom window every Thursday morning, standing there . . umm . . pleasuring himself. Until one day the breeze blows the curtain and all is revealed. A hot hot short, enjoyable read, good story but, for me, a slightly disappointing ending.

As usual with his books, this one is short, sassy, sexy and sweet. This author is a master in getting a story out quickly. It is quick romp that really satisfies. I have liked every book of his I have read and you will too.

Tyler wants Jacob, his gardener. Accidentally exposing himself was not part of the plan. A super quick read. I would have liked to know what Jacob thought would have been interesting. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Mr. Finley exposes himself to the gardener, Jacob, and from there fireworks start. If you're looking for a quickie, it will not disappoint! This author knows how to write a short story. Not the first book I read by him - won't be the last.

this was a lot of fun to read.. very sexy and entertaining. i enjoyed it a lot. as always this author keeps me interested and happy to read his stuff. i am glad i read it
