This version takes out the negative aspect of Bambi's parents dying. My daughter did not have the attention span to read this book..but suddenly when it is time to go asleep, she wants me to read it to her. Smh. Very adorable illustrations in this book.

I really like this story, it is about a fawn named Bambi who explores the forest with his friends.

This book is about a deer named Bambi and his experiences growing up in the forest. As he grows up he makes new friends and continues to learn about the forest he lives in and the different things that go on in the forest. This book would be good in an elementary classroom.
