I love Saint Seiya. It's one of my favorite animes from my childhood.
Unfortunately this new iteration is not up to the same standard.
I still enjoy it because I love all the Saints and Cosmo theme around it.
Saintia Cho follows on the same concept as the original story. The problem is that this new story is much worst than the original. I hope it gets better because I plan to keep reading it.
The art is decent though.

El arte de la mangaka es simplemente hermoso! Y el desplegable fue una sorpresa muy bien recibida! la historia empieza a tomar forma y los personajes van ganando carisma, mientras siga así le veo más potencial que a muchos otros spinn offs de la saga. Muy bueno el detalle de amagar con una trama del estilo "salvar-a-atena-contra-reloj". Espero que solo sea un guiño a las obras originales y no termine pasando eso en realidad.

Los conflictos nacen de los deseos, un fuerte deseo puede convertirse en la fuerza de alguien o en el veneno que lleve a la destrucción propia.
Segundo tomo de Saint Seiya: Saintia Sho compuesto de cuatro fases en el que vemos el deseo de Shoko por convertirse en una Saintia, heredando la armadura de caballo menor. Chimaki Kuori sigue deleitándonos con su hermoso arte lleno de guiños al maestro Shingo Araki. La historia se va desarrollando un poco lento pero con el estallido de una guerra santa alterna inminente, además de seguir dándole un poco más de personalidad a Saori Kido (Athena) con esa contradicción de querer ser la diosa que traiga la paz a los humanos pero que a su vez su llegada está marcada con mucha sangre que se va a derramar, es muy grato ver como la mirada de mínima de Chimaki marca la diferencia en comparación con Kurumada, ya que dota a sus personajes de un sentimentalismo y profundidad que poco se vio en la obra original.
La historia sigue atrapando y no puedo esperar a ver como la mangaka va desarrollando su historia a la par de lo visto en la obra de Kurumada.

This is my first foray into the rather prolific world of Saint Seiya, and I have to say I'm enjoying it. The original is classic, but the overblown armor and melodrama turned me off. This seems much simpler, but also somewhat like the lore of Sailor Moon (which I think is a lot of fun). I look forward to reading more.

El desplegable está increíble! La historia me está gustando bastante, espero poder encontrar los que siguen lo más pronto posible, soy nueva en esto del manga y ahora me preguntó por qué no había leído de esto antes. Me encantó.

Muito bom, a nova cara dos defensores de Athena na versão feminina, interessante ver como a história vai ser implantada dentro da principal onde o momento da mesma já passou.

Por ahora está lejos de ser de mis series favoritas de la franquicia de la gallina de la armadura de oro y la protagonista medio tarda en hacerse querer, pero si algo no se le puede reprochar es que tiene muy lindo dibujo y la historia avanza bastante rápido.
