About the author

Ken Johnson was born in 1965 and became a Christian at the age of 12. He quickly realized there were differences in doctrine in various denominations and sought out to prove to himself the correct interpretation of these issues that divide Christians. After an intensive study of the first century church he sought to bring back the teaching of the disciples of the 12 apostles. He has authored numerous books and made ancient Jewish scrolls available to the English speaking world.

He currently travels to churches inside the USA, speaking on these and other topics. He currently attends Calvary Chapel of Johnson County, located in Olathe Kansas.

This is an excellent book that any Christian is reading should remember that any reference that sounds like the New Testament was in fact written for the Jewish people. The Dead Sea scrolls though fragmented has a lot to offer us.

A great book looking at the attitude and reality
of the old Hebrew sons of Jacob.
Certainly then as now we see a life time of seeking to follow the laws of God

Wow. This book is amazing. I think there is a lot of wisdom to be learnt outside the bible. Unfortunately there is a sola scriptura attitude amongst the church and thus, absolute gems like these documents are left unexamined. That said, its probably best left out so that only truely well-read and wise Christians with a good handle on scripture can seek out these mysteries. I was amazed that these testaments were full of messianic prophecies and even one about the apostle Paul! These in themselves testify to the authenticity of these books as they date to around 300BC.

This book is absolutely powerful and fills in the gaps regarding what happened with the Patriarchs in the Torah. I highly recommend that you read this with Torah so that you can gain an elevated understanding of what is happening and why.
