Lots of helpful tips. Will certainly look into following some of them. Some great quotes as well.
Did Not Finish
June 17, 2019Oh my goodness I couldn't even finish the first chapter! There are so many typos and grammatical errors, it was painful to read!! Instead of focusing on becoming a better version of themselves, they should focus on becoming a better writer!

Good points and very motivating. Grammar and spelling needed help.

I thought this book was OK. The information contained was interesting and quite helpful. My problem with the book was all of the spelling errors and grammar problems, along with words missing from sentences. It was hard to really absorb the information and focus on what I was reading because in almost every paragraph of the book there were many spelling errors, or grammar problems, or entire words missing from a sentence. I’m not sure who edited this book, but it wasn’t done very well, and should have been done better before the book was published. I would have given this book a five star rating had there not been those problems. I would recommend reading this book, as long as you can tolerate all of the spelling problems, grammar errors, and even words missing from sentences that you’ll find.

The author reviewed and analyzed human success/failure lessons in this book. It was easy to read for someone who does not speak English fluently.
Many typos appear in the book; I'm not sure how it passed the publisher's editing phase, but it's not up to standard.
The author covers relationships, stress management, self-improvement, self-esteem, goal setting, leadership, and the rest of them. Reading and paying attention to all these topics helped me catch their undiscovered side.

Sometimes we just need a little reminder.
“Despite of what's been happening, and to those who has gone though the ordeal, it's better to just laugh while facing the troubles with a clear mind than anger with a clouded vision.”
“Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.”
“. People will appreciate your innovation more because it is uniquely yours and that no one else would have thought of what you were thinking. That will let people see how valuable an asset you are.”
“Nothing will work without passion. What wakes you up in the mornings? What keeps the flame burning? What is the one thing that you'll die if you don't do? Sometimes people with talent are overtaken by the people who want it more.”
“Growth is a process thus to grow in spirit is a day-to-day encounter. We win some, we lose some, but the important thing is that we learn, and from this knowledge, further spiritual growth is made possible.”
“A good way to have a manageable list is to have a daily and weekly set of goals. By doing this you will be always in the position of going towards you life plan goals. Everyday will give you the opportunity to fulfill a certain goal giving you the feeling of accomplishment.”

Become a Better Version of Yourself is easy to read and simple in nature. The self-help book is inspired by the author’s own experiences and teaches the reader the importance of changing daily habits in order to achieve a better life.

Horrendous grammar, has some slightly helpful tips, yet most are just copied from other self help manuals

Pretty boring and bland

Just read the bullet points and you get the main idea.

Most of these quotes I have heard in other self help books. It was more of a list than explanation.

3.3 Stars.
Has some really great information and action items. At the same time, some of it wasn’t so great. Decent read though.

I’ve never DNF a book so fast. The entire first chapter is a love letter to an accused rapist and jokes about his sexual life as a “life lesson” to a small degree.

Great short book to help you improve your life in many areas and have a guideline to be better

There were a lot of points that resonated with me. Unfortunately, the book is filled with grammatical errors. Still one I would recommend.

This is the equivalent of googling "power points to teach a 5 year old about psychology." Very fast read if you want the bare minimum of general information on psychology.

Just, Nope.

I like the "just do it" tone, it's a good way to push yourself.
But otherwise, it's quite basic: the examples, explanations, and motivation are lacking.

Estuvo bien, pero no fue un libro impresionante. Como en todos los libros de autoayuda se pueden rescatar ciertos consejos útiles para mejorar nuestra vida y ser más felices.

Please, do not waste your time. Simple, petty, embarrassing grammar mistakes. Most of the chapters in this book feel like re-written versions of others I have read.
