The premise, based on the blurb, sounded wonderful. However, IMO, the actual writing wasn’t that fabulous. Granted, this is my first experience reading a novella by this author, but I had difficulty with phrasing, lack of detail regarding the characters including more backstory, and a definite lack of connection to the characters. Again, this could just be me.

I truly believe that this story could have been fleshed out, maybe adding an additional 10 or 20K words, and I think I would have enjoyed it more.

But, I did love the premise, and the sex was certainly steamy.

Without a real conflict or complexity in the characters and relationship departments, one may expect that at least the erotica front would deliver - but that was not the case here. It was also quite stilted and conservative. Very little creativity or variation considering five people are involved, lots of fade outs to "and then they had lots of unspecified great sex". This book is mostly a M-M-M-M-M fluff, and not a very believable or enjoyable one.

Certainly steamy, and I really liked the characters and their relationship chemistry. I'd love to read more similar books from the author.

💖 2 + 3 = well you gotta read the story to see what it equals. A great story of a couple trying to have a family without success. Well written with lots of POVs. Hot scenes included and a beautiful ending. A non-shifter romance with lots of love.
Harvey (38 alpha) and Winston (30 omega) had been mated 2 years ago. They were trying to have children but are unable to do so. So with the help of Harvey's freinds, Ashton, Carlos and Oliver they all agreed.
