It was ok. The book has the the topics needed for the exam, but it has a couple of errors in the chapter quizzes. It is also ordered arbitrarily by the author, unlike other books that are ordered neatly by domain so you can study based on the Exam Content Outline.

Agile is an interesting concept, I start to realize that Agile is not something new, people start talking about Agile since the concept "invented", but the things is, I never took Agile concept seriously, nor also important people in IT. However as it is getting ridiculously talked in meeting and worst in the project, I dediced to read and learn about this.

From so many book that I read, Agile to be simplify is "Waterfall with sprints", basically rapid application development, do it as fast as possible in opposite of the slow governance model. Anyone said Agile Governance is oxymoron.

So far, the best explanation of Agile is from PMI-ACP. It is a combination of 1) principles (value) 2) stakeholder (client) 3) team 4) planning 5) execution

The best part of this book, is Chapter 5 - the human side of agile. This is entirely true, agile is basically about people, is not about the speed, the speed means the speed of its people.

Contains all the requisite information to pass the exam but the chapter-end and practice questions are considerably simplified, compared to the nuance and complexity in the wording of the PMI ACP exam.
