I don’t know why I am just reading a story from Asia Monique because I really enjoyed this. Alayla and Jahe were best friends for sixteen years and secretly in love with each other. S/o to Alayla because she loves her lipstick. I related to that wholeheartedly LOL!After her latest relationship failed, Jah decided to make his feelings for her known without knowing that she felt the same way too. I thought that part was super cute. This was a romantic and sweet love story. The bond that Alayla and Jahe had was evident. They were each other’s peace and it helped that they were friends who knew so much about each other. The transition from friends to lovers just flowed effortlessly. I loved all the characters in this story. They had a steady friendship. The love and respect they had for each other was real. I absolutely loved the twins! I really wish they had their own stories. I’m sure it would be hilarious. With that being said, I would have preferred that the relationship between Alayla and Jahe wasn’t so rushed. I knew they that had special bond and knew everything about each other but I wanted to see more for their transition from friends to lovers. With the set-up of her Ex sending his wedding invitation, I expected something to come from that situation but it just fell flat. Why introduce it, if you’re not going to do anything with it? Also, the name brand dropping was getting ridiculous. It seemed like the book was advertising products- her matte jaguar- his timberlands- her MAC lipstick- I mean can’t we just say lipstick or shoes? Do we have to drop a brand name for EVERYTHING? Overall, I enjoyed it. Loved the storyline, the set up and the characters. Will definitely read more from this author.

This was a sweet romance. Two people who are destined to be together. Best friends who've had feelings of each of since they met each other practically. La la and Ja had an awesome friendship, I couldn't wait for him to confess his feelings. The twins were funny. A good debut, I'd definitely read more from this author

Such a Great Love Story
This was a beautiful love story! Alayla and Jahe just belonged together and I love joe their story came to be. The author introduces us to a range of characters that I hope to get to know further in future books. Great job Asia!!

Easy and calm read. A real feel good story
This story came right on time. I needed to relax and just enjoy some "feel good" moments , but put the book down when I needed to and this book delivered big time. The characters all loved each other and were loyal to each other. No crazy exes in the mix, no pregnancy scares from exes, no breaking up because of misunderstanding just love, love, love! Conflict has its place in romance but I didn't feel like dealing with it this time. I wanted happily ever after all through the book and I got it. The realism of some of the language stopped it from being over the top sappy. My only complaint would be to correct All editing errors before the next book. This didn't have as many as some I've read but the goal should be to have none. Other than that I enjoyed myself.

Really liked this well written book and it moved at such a steady pace. Great debut and a sweet love story. Such a great storyline and I couldn't get enough. Not all the usual drama but it still grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. A nice change and I love a good romance. Loved these characters and that the fact they were intelligent, educated and knew their worth and wasn't in the street...refreshing. Nothing but Kings and Queens. Also love how they were a group of best friends that found true and had a unbreakable bond. So loved the way this book ended for each character and can't wait to see what's next from this author. Great job Asia Monique. Highly recommend.

I loved this book. Alayla and Jahe had the perfect love story that many would dream of having. It's like one of those fairy tales where the princess had to kiss many frogs until she finally found the one who became her Prince charming. The friends their bond was amazing something am sure we all wished we could have due to sometimes it's hard to come by ppl that are really down for you thru and thru. I wish this book would had been a little longer through because I didn't want it to end. I am glad everyone had a happy ending though. I really wish you would come out with another part please but I know you probably won't. This is a must read y'all.

Light Easy Read
This book was different from my normal reading; it was ok. I was torn between so-so and a solid like because there was nothing that really pulled me in to make me keep reading it, like it was missing something. It was bland and at some point I got where I could predict what was going to happen. With that being said, I like the fact that it was different. It was a nice chill easy read without all the extra drama, like a cross between love and basketball and best man kind of feel without all the issues. I think it could have had more exciting moments and still kept the book nice and easy. This book seem more for young adults around18 yrs old.

Very sweet
This was a very good story for a new author. The characters are all likable and their love was cute. The only thing missing for me was some drama. I like some suspense this was very predictable in the sense that there was never a doubt that things would go the Hallmark storybook way, which isn't bad I just personally like to be a little surprised with what happens when I'm reading. There were other little things like the names and nicknames that bothered me but that falls into personal preference. So overall Ms. Monique good job.

Lovers and Friends💕💕
I love how Jahe && Alayla and Bryson && Taelor were all long time best, childhood friends that went into relationships. I like how they're a tight knit bunch including Bryer && Jelani. Jahe always felt that a part of him was missing due due to not knowing anything about his birth family and I was glad that his brother, Jayson, found him. I'm glad that Jahe && Alayla got good vibes from Jayson && Jackie who fit in well with everyone at the Christmas party. Alayla's brothers are truly a mess and I hope to read more about them in the future.

When BFF's become Lovers
Everything else falls into place. The premise of the stories and the transition to relationships is a great idea, but it was not properly executed. Although you could feel the love between the two couples you don't get their courtship. The courtship is how readers fall in love with the characters and their love for each other. I loved them being educated, successful and drama free. It was a nice read but it felt rushed and incomplete.

AWESOME BOOK!!!!
I really loved this book. It was really good. I enjoyed reading about all the true love through this book. My favorite part is when Jayson came in the story. I cried so much. Asia you did a great job on your debut novel..this is definitely a must read love story..I look forward to reading all your future books..

I’m so happy that Jahe & Alayla finally decided to tell each other about how they really felt. This was an amazing love story from beginning to end. I was happy for Bryson & Taelor too. I loved how everyone grew up together & married their best friends. This was my first read by this author & I can’t wait to read more.

I loved this book. It made me all tingly. I'm so glad that Lays and Jah got their great ending. They finally took a chance on the love between and it was beautiful to watch it unfold and blossom. I loved this story! I totally believe people who are best friends first make the best partners. The relationship between the group of friends was so cute! I loved the bond they all shared. I loved how protective and caring the guys were towards the women! The love radiated off the pages between the couples, especially Jahe and Laylay! I enjoyed the read!

Lay and Ja: were sooo cute. I wish they didn't hide their feelings, but I see why they did. They both needed to grow and experience everything they didn't want to have everything that they did want.
Tee and Bry: established their connection and feelings early, but it still took them time to put it all out on the line.

This book was a refreshing change. It is story of love and friendship. It’s awesome to see how Tae and Bry have been in love for so long just like Ja and La. Despite the fact they didn’t act on their feelings for so long they still end up together. Loved it!

Alayla & Jahe
This was a good book. I loved the relationship of all the couple and the friendship that they had. I was happy when Jahe finally told Alayla how he felt and she did the same thing. This was an great standalone and I can't wait to read more of this author work.

Pretty good
Pretty good book. I love books when best friends get together. Like those twins. This was different since there was no drama. Thought there would be some with the ex. Still a good book. The only issue I had were the errors. It was enough that it was distracting.
