Hot

Great story, as always. The romance was hot but no sex. No swearing either. Twists and turns and a captivating read. Highly recommend it!

Not typically into this genre, however, I found this suspense/thriller novel mesmerizing - unable to put it down. Somehow, despite the mutual attraction between the main characters, it remained on the sweet and clean spectrum, despite the rather serious and abhorrent underlying theme. It even had an unexpected surprise ending. Highly recommended for those who enjoy a high action, justice-based novel involving undercover and the FBI.

I love Marie's writing. She is really good with romance & mystery. Even though you know who the bad guys are in this story, you can't guess how they are caught. There are so many twists & turns it blows my mind. I was in suspense right up to the epilogue. Highly recommend this book. I received a free copy by signing up for the author's newsletter. This story kept me on the edge of my seat, I had to remind myself to breathe. Car chases, shoot-outs, murder, jealousy, drugs, human trafficking, memory loss, heart breaking and heart wrenching scenes and a sweet couple falling in love in the midst of it all. This book has all the feels.

AHHHHH!!! It was so darn good. I loved the protectivness that Hunter had of Ashley. The way that they turned to one another was so darn cute and romantic. ❤️ I loved the playfulness that their realationship had, Hunter was such a good guy for ash.
