When it comes to training, the first word that comes to your mind is the body. You hit the gym every weekend to train your muscles and sculpt your body. You run daily to train your endurance. While your appearance is crucial, don’t forget about one of the most important parts of the body - your brain. Training your brain seems to be a daunting task yet it’s a skill that helps in each aspect of your life. From passing tests to learning new languages to remembering faces, your brain can work a miracle. Many people called the process of accelerated learning ‚a roadmap‘. Basically, you set up a way that helps you retain more information by learning how to apply the new information more effectively into your daily life. It is a system of critical, systematic, and innovative thinking. There are several fundamental principles of accelerated learning. Let’s have a Learning is not merely about cramming a bunch of information into your brain. In order to fully understand what you are trying to learn, you need to also do the actions involved, practice, ruminate, and stay curious at all times. This will feed the natural learning process and help you digest information more quickly, so you have it as a learned skill forever. Unfortunately, knowledge isn’t absorbed through osmosis. You must create the knowledge through experience. Learning, especially at an accelerated level, happens when a learner integrates new knowledge into an already existing skill set. In other words, learning creates new pathways in the mind, body, and the chemical balance happening within. The best learning happens when you interact with others. Even if you consider yourself an introvert, it is best to try your new skills on others. Cooperating with others to get projects done, receiving critiques on work, and having a chance to kinesthetically learn will increase your learning speed. Enhancing learning abilities isn’t easy, but I’m sure you know what you should be doing in order to become a better learner. Remember, you’re capable of doing anything a person is able to do. Just don’t limit yourseld. Believe in yourself.
