"Fearless 2" by Amarie Avant was BOSS and Vassili is VENGEANCE personifies in "Fearless 2"

Vassili is back and he remains the most daring alpha male characters I've read (and I've read a many). So if you think the fighter was alpha hotty male in "Fearless" book 1, well back up because tall, muscled and tattooed, Vassili Karo Resnov returns as alpha to the third degree 2.0!

He is more possessive, more protective and taking names to anyone who messes with his happy life, happy wife Zariah with endearing Natasha plus a bun in her oven! Should I tell you who is his kryptonite is? Naaaawww, that would be spoiling this one for the ones who have or haven't read this engaging read!

I laughed, cried and coughed up food to the antics in this one! And you will too--- it's so goooood!

This book was imagined well readers! It was suspenseful, a epic thriller, a smexy hot romance with comedy and drama galore with Mafia mixed in with a whole lot of feisty and ghetto talking Zariah and dirty talking husband, VASSILI! Yes, I liked Zariah better this second go round but still she made me want to continuously pop her upside her hard-headed head while side-eyeing too!

So if you want a great but sexy as heck page turning suspenseful romance not excluding more smut, drama and angst this is it--- read "Fearless 2: A Sports Romance"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. I have always hated backtracking stories but Amarie Avant should win an award for telling them without me as the reader losing me mind in correlation to the story!!!!! Great job there too Amarie!

My Logic....

What a story that will definitely keep ones attention because this story will have many twist and turns. Be ready for a good read that deals with Zariah and Vassili love story with past highs and lows that comes out along with some secrets that also will come out. There will be some very interesting characters that will really keep your attention as you are turning the pages. I would highly suggest you you haven't read Fearless 1 to do so because as the story continues on it will definitely answer a lots of unanswered questions in this read. So, not only do we get a good story with no cliffhanger but a HEAFN.

OMG...Amarie what the heck did I just read, that opening though! I have always loved me some Vassili and he did not disappointment me in this second book of the love story between him and Zariah. Vassili is sexy as always and is a very doting husband and father. I like that Amarie made him a hands on dad and that he had his daughter almost as much as Zariah. If you want to see Vassili flip his, sugar honey ice tea, and see what he does when someone comes for his family you need to buy this book. If you want to see how Vassili and Zariah's love has grown then you should buy this book. If you want to see how Danushka played a role in this book you need to buy it! Amarie I loved it will be read over and over again, thank you!

This is a continuation of Zariah and Vassili's story. I want to shout out the author for continuing to improve as a writer, from editing to story line. This series has been a vast improvement from her previous books. Typically, I tend to dislike her main heroine in her stories because they do things that a normal person who is madly in love wouldn't do. I really like Zariah and Vassili because they interact like a real life married couple and don't hold unnecessary secrets. I'm also enjoying the fact that the author isn't falling into the soap opera stories with too many unbelievable story lines. Honestly, it's refreshing to see authors improve as writers from editing to character development. Kudos to Ms. Avant, I look forward to reading more of her stories.

I received an Arc copy of this book and voluntarily decided to leave a review. Zariah and Vasilli can't ever catch a break. As dysfunctional as they can be they love one another. Natasha is too funny i enjoyed hearing more from Vasilli's little minion. They 're going to have their hands full lol. I still don't care for Maxwell and Anatoly but they're not alone on my I don't like you list. Now they've got company because everybody isn't loyal. Amarie is going to have to stop making me cry every time I read one of her books. She always has me in my feelings. I can honestly say I haven't read a book yet by this author that make laugh, cry, get mad, and almost have an anxiety attack all in the sams book. Zar and Vasilli's journey is full of drama, craziness, good/bad times,family, but most importantly love. The love scenes had me blushing...they're some freaks and I love it. It another HEAFN and can't wait until the next book. Yes i recommend this book.

Baaabbbby Liiiisssttten!!

Amarie Avant honey listen I absolutely love you! This book had me in tears, laughing, in love and hot! I just love Zariah and V and their baby girl just tops the cake. This was a well developed story line. I didn’t feel the story was rushed and the characters were well developed. I love that a person can relate to any person in this story. Amarie Avant never fails me though and I would recommend this book to anyone, but read it’s predecessor first.

I have been waiting for this book and Amarie did not disappoint! There was suspense, love, action, deception and a whole lot of dirty 😈. Zariah and Vassili’s relationship is one that is relatable because it’s real. Despite the dramatization of it all they have problems like communication, and personal issues that many couples do go through. I can not wait to see what is next in their journey!

I really enjoy the love between Vasilli and Zariah. However it's such a shame that i received a disclaimer stating the book wouldn't be continued. It would have been nice to read book 3 to answer all the unanswered questions but I guess I'll have to make do with book 1&2. Great read though. Totally worth it

This book ,to me, was much better than the 1st in the sense that it didn't seem rushed like the first one. There were some words with wrong letters , which made the word totally incorrect. But I think that can be overcame in the next book. I had to think hard about getting this one, but I'm glad I did

True Amarie Fan!

I loved "Fearless," and loved "Fearless ll" even more! Vassili continues to be the ultimate badass cage fighter, while continuing to be at odds with his Bravta leader father Anatoly and pyscho half sibling Danushka. Zariah continues to be a badass attorney who takes on a dangerous case she hides from Vassili. Excellent read!

I liked this better than the first book. There was lots of angst, drama and hot as hell sex scenes. The H and h had great chemistry and I loved every interaction they had. Both the H and h were strong characters and both could hold their own in tough situations but without each other they were a mess. Loved it!

I'm still a fan of Vassilli and Zariah but I wish there were less sex scenes (or shortened ones) and more substance. I mean, the story is good and has so much potential that I wish we had less repetitions and more action. All in all, still an interesting read :)

Love love love!

I love the love between Zariah and Vasilli , it’s raw and fresh. They have their days but who doesn’t, that’s part of being a team . There will be disagreements but at the end of the day they both have each other . I can’t wait for book 3

Misogynyst fathers affect their children negatively

The fathers of Zariah and Vasili affected how they turned out as adults. Zariah became an attorney to help battered women. She hated how her father would beat her mother and equally hated the woman he left her mother for. Vasili hated how his father Anatoly abused his mother and was determined not to have anything to do with the Bratva. He vowed to protect his wife and daughter and all that he loved. Both fathers were very controlling and wanted their children to do what they wanted them to do regardless of their desires. Even Vasili's half sister Danny sought the approval of a father who was not worth pleasing.

Amarie wrote this second part of the Fearless series that showed a couple deeply in love with each other regardless of ethnicity, culture and family and other people's opinions. Vasili loves his wife, his daughter and MMA and both he and Zariah struggle with his love of MMA to his own physical health. I just love how Amarie took the action from the MMA fights and put that action to words. I felt as though I was sitting ringside on the edge of my seat at the fight. I also love Vasili and Zariah's love for each other, especially how Vasili was so protective of her.... and his bedroom talk was just hot. I loved his dirty talk. He was not a timid about letting Zariah know how he felt.

I can't wait for book 3. There are still questions to be answered. Will Vasili's uncle recover, how will Vasili get out of his latest predicament, will Taryn make a turn around, will we find out why Maxwell and Anatoly are so controlling, will Yuri and Zamora find true love? I am anxiously await book 3 but I'm happy with HEAFN.

Good story

Vassili and Zariah were two peas in a pod and had a very active marriage and love life. Their sex life were basically every other page and sometimes I skipped over it. They were crazy in love with each other, but Zariah is coming off as a little weak when dealing with her husband. She gives in too quickly and don't assert herself enough. However, she is strong when dealing with Taryn, her mom, her dad, Tyrese, and Juan. She needs this same strength dealing with Vassili or she'll lose herself and her identity. I didn't like how the feelings of Zar and Nat were glossed over after Juan in killed in front of them, especially since it was their first time experiencing that. To go from that to a match didn't seem real. I empathize with Machali and family. The ending threw me off some with how it just ended like that, but I understand not doing cliffhanger. Overall, it's a good story with a lot unresolved. Guess I will be waiting on book three to get some answers to many questions.

Part III Please

Whoa, so much going on in this book. Zariah and Vassili have to stop with the secrets! The things they are holding back can get the other (or themselves) killed! I hope in book 3 they realize that nit sharing puts them in further danger.

I may be over thinking this, but I think I understand the attack on Malich. Malich out if the way, either dead or grieving, gives the attacker better access ro Vassili. Malich is his rock. This is why he needs to tell Zariah what is going on.

Didn't see that coming with Momma Zamora. She and Samuel should end the madness. I hope karma shows itself in book 3. Maxwell Washington has to be taught a lesson. Anatoly needs to get his as well. I hope no one trusts Danny, she is a disaster waiting to happen.

Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Our couple could be coming to an unforseen halt in their honeymoon phase. Vassily an Zariah are back with enemies on all sides, while Zariah handles her new career in family law and Vassily makes a come back for his MMA title. With lots of excitement, sexy fun, and their adorable baby girl, makes this second book full of as much intensity as the first. This book did not disappoint!

But all is not well in paradise, as Zariah tries to get her husband to open up more to her and see them as a team. Vassily is trying to Keep his father's under world dealings away from his family. And each of them are keeping some very important secrets from each other, that can make or break them as a couple. A death in the family brings these secrets and their reality crashing down around them.

Boy oh boy, with family like that who needs enemies. Dananuska is a seriously twisted person. Now in the first book, I understood the need to keep secrets. It was about protecting his wife from his family, mainly dear old dad. But in this book it seems like Zariah was doing everything she could to lie even when she was putting herself and their child in harm's way. And what about lying to her husband. Women dream about men that will do anything to protect them even when they make silly and dangerous decisions but I'm this case she crippled him by lying from the beginning. All that talk of them being a team and she was hiding and lying. Ugh she just pissed me off. But all in all I can't wait to read the last installment. It is really a great story with a captivating storyline.

Well.... Hummmm!!!

So this was not what I expected but I oils say it was good...but, few things: still a little bit confusing how one scene jumps into another, then I do believe that Zariah needs to grow up and as much as she ask Vasilii to talk, she is not sharing and has bought danger home, then Vasilii also need to change and stop being so "Macho" because, Alpha is perfect but "Alpha-Macho" is tiring; in the meantime, Yuri needs to move on and I can't wait to see how Maxwell and Anatoly will get together to take down Danny(I hope)....
In any case, on a lighter tone, I love that Zariah and Vasilii finally are a team and her Mom is back into smiling and laughing...
This was a truly good book but can we get book 3 now, and not in months?????

I love this Story line!!

Side eye for the second cliffhanger first of all LOL. I truly enjoyed the second installment of Fearless. I’ve been waiting for ever for this book!! I literally just reread the first book. The character development amazing. I love the fact that we get to see a different side to the main characters. I didn’t see Danny coming in, in that way so kudos for the twist girl! And the love scenes show growth within their marriage. It was an amazing story. I’m sad it’s over so soon but I’m really syked for the 3rd! I really hope it’s more mid March early April lol. This is a continuation of the heat and love between Zariah and Vasilli. Zariah is a mom and a hot shot attorney. Her case load has gotten very interesting with a case that is like life. Vasilli loves his mother-in-love and does a sends a message to a man who she was involved with.
Tragedy and secrets are revealed when a family member is shot down in cold blood. Vasilli's family plays a prominent part in this story.
Zariah attempts to get her husband to open more especially after she shares some news of her own.
Another great read that leaves me wanting book three to be released ASAP.
Great job Ms. Avant..keep spinning the tales that give us a reason to love your work.

Vassili and Zariah struggles continues in part deux...the sex is hotter....the tension is palpable....the plot is thicker...and I just want to bi!tch slap Taryn the ho...anxiously awaiting book 3...Vassili is decimating his opponents in the ring and wrecking his wife honey pot....sooo hot...baby Natasha steals the scenes every time she's mentioned...who knows what or who will dethrone Anatoly...so anxious😍
