I'm biased, because I have a fiction piece included in the book, but I loved this. I particularly enjoyed Jeff Sullivan on batting practice, Travis Sawchik on hitting the ball in the air, John Paschal on frivolous things, and Isabelle Minasian on the Caribbean leagues from the Commentary section; Eli Ben-Porat on SANTA and Carson Cistulli on the Fringe Five in the Analysis section; Mary Craig on women in the Negro Leagues and Steve Treder on the 1946 season in the History section; and "Running with the Bulls" by Ashley Memory, "Muscotah" by Zach Kram, and "Moe Berg's Blues" by Lance Feyh.

Some really great articles, especially the Commentary section. Only four stars because the fiction section sucked.
