It's Just Me & My ADHD: Life Through the Eyes of a 10 Year Old Girl

Rate this book
In the following pages, you will have a chance to glimpse into the world of ADHD through the eyes of my school-aged girl. She will describe her real-world struggles and hard-earned triumphs.
Also get a parent’s perspective from what life is like in the trenches. I will share my journey going from a carefree young adult that bought into the media hype of ADHD to an outspoken advocate for my family.
This book gives a perspective you won’t find anywhere else. A young girl brave enough to share her story in hopes that it will inspire others to find their strengths and reach out for the help they need.
“From the pen of ADHD, a story is told that speaks to the journey of a child and her family as they learn, grapple with, and live this condition. A story that all parents and children must hear.”
Ashutosh Raina M.D.

לא מעניין במיוחד. לא מחדש דבר מנקודת המבט של בת העשר ולא מנקודת מבטה של אמה.

Too short, not a lot of deep insights

Doesn't really provide deep insights into the socio emotional side of being ADHD child. Also does not provide a lot of advice on how to help
