I got this book for free on Amazon and here we go another self-help book claiming to revolutionize my life.

But now at the end, the author has truly won me and my skepticism over. Truth is that we can always improve and even if we are operating at the highest echelon of peak performance ( BEAST ), we can always be reminded.

Zoe Mckey presents a compact, easily digestible novel that's brimming with facts and intelligent sayings. If you looking to supercharge your life and attain your aspirations and goals, THIS IS IT .

The section on procrastination was just marvelous but beware for a few truth bombs. I found out that we rationalize stuff when deadlines come closer and the tasks pile up. "Oh no it's okay, If I cut this out and re-arrange this, it will be fine" **Continues procrastinating**

"Daily Habit Makeover" by Zoe McKey is an insightful guide that offers readers a roadmap to transform their daily habits and create positive changes in their lives. With practical advice and actionable strategies, the book empowers individuals to take control of their habits and shape their daily routines in alignment with their goals and aspirations.

One of the strengths of "Daily Habit Makeover" is its clear and accessible writing style. Zoe McKey effectively communicates complex ideas and concepts in a way that is easy to understand and apply. The book's conversational tone makes it engaging to read, and the author's personal anecdotes add a relatable touch, making the content more relatable and inspiring.

The book takes a systematic approach to habit transformation, guiding readers through a series of steps that build upon one another. From self-reflection and identifying desired habits to implementing practical strategies for habit change, each chapter offers valuable insights and practical exercises. The inclusion of real-life examples further enhances the book's practicality, demonstrating how these strategies can be applied in various contexts.

One notable aspect of "Daily Habit Makeover" is its emphasis on self-awareness and mindfulness. The author emphasizes the importance of understanding the underlying motivations and triggers behind our habits, which can lead to more effective habit transformation. By encouraging readers to examine their habits from a place of curiosity and non-judgment, the book promotes a more holistic and sustainable approach to habit change.

However, there are moments where the book could benefit from further expansion and exploration of certain topics. Some readers might find themselves craving additional depth or more specific guidance in areas such as habit stacking or habit maintenance. Providing more comprehensive examples or case studies could enhance the practicality and applicability of the book's concepts.

In conclusion, "Daily Habit Makeover" is a valuable resource for individuals seeking to transform their daily habits and create lasting change. Zoe McKey's practical strategies, relatable writing style, and emphasis on self-awareness make this book a helpful tool for anyone looking to revamp their routines. While there is room for further exploration, the book offers a solid foundation for readers to embark on their journey of habit transformation.

Good solid book, her profile has links to a free self discovery tool also.

The idea of daily habits is probably one of the most powerful tools that we have at our disposal.

I got through 9 books while recovering from surgery, and my mind / energy was low so my recall / attention was pretty shot by the end of the day.

Zoe seems like a smart, incredible and prolific author as well as a great life coach based on the broad references she had made to many of the best thought leaders.

A quick reminder of how our daily habits affects us and how we can imbibe healthier habits. I enjoyed it because it was short and straight forward with a little bit of stories. Also a quick reminder for me because I had derailed some habits.

I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read which I appreciated - some “self help” books are boring & take me forever to get through. I had some really great takeaways from this book!

Zoe McKey quotes and life examples are very inspiring and motivating. This book has changed my life forever. I have extracted from the book some paragraphs that I like best in order to introduce this good book to the readers. You can read these interesting quotes prior to making a decision to read the whole book....!

"There is nothing to limit procrastination"

"Do something in the first week instead of the last?"

"Focus on what you want."

Thanks and Wish you and your family health and success.

Zoe is my hero...

I love Zoe’s books. Great topics and useful info.

As the father of a toddler, my favorite line in this book is “toddlers don’t procrastinate”

That was really insightful for a lot of reasons.

Anyway, this is a great book chock full of tricks to help you beat procrastination... something we all struggle with.

After finally buying a "Kindle" after trying various alternatives over the years, I thought I would re-read this short book which I bought on Amazon many years ago.

It was interesting to note that some of the 'insights' by the author I have also read in other books recently. So this book helped to reinforce what I have read in more extensive books on similar topics.
