Dragon Devotion

The best so far in this series. Reads well and flows nicely.
The Army is once again being idiots and threatening to end the only hope humans have against the Outsiders. They have put a deadline on them to kill an Outsider or be put back to sleep. The most pressure is on Vanek as he has to find a mate as well, all within two weeks. No pressure right.
Totally by accident he meets his mate Harlow in a very funny way.
Loved Vanek, he did so well under lots of pressure, not least is a mistake in his past that caused him guilt and grief.
Great that he worked out what the Outsiders were doing so they can be beaten.
Harlow was a bit of a pain to me with her woe is me attitude over her dad. He died as a soldier and she blames him for leaving her. She was four years old, I doubt she remembers him very well. She should be blaming her mother for not being there for her.
Not reading his letter when she was old enough stunted her growing up. Pity.
Harlow runs a parade float company due to having one decent memory of being a family. When Vanek accidently causes damage to her main float, it looks like she is going to have to close down.
Her rude attitude after the accident did me in, no acknowledgment that she could have run someone over, probably killing them, just all about her float.
Loved having the others from the previous two books play a decent part in this book.

This is Vanek and Harlow's story . Vanek is one of the three dragons awoken and just learned he must kill an Outsider within 2 weeks . Also he must find his mate within that time frame too . Harlow is trying her best to keep her business afloat after Vanek's " mistake" . Vanek gives her an offer she simply cannot refuse . Poor Vanek is feeling so overdressed just by wearing a suit ! I love his reaction to Harlow when he goes to pick her up for their dinner date !! Show up under the black light ! LOL ! I feel so bad for Vanek !! He destroys more floats than I thought he would lol ! It takes him being a living flame to do what needs to be done and the drama the twists and turns along with the pressure that is put upon Vanek is out of this world good !! And the letter ??!! Oh dang it totally tore me up and when she said what she did to her dad ?? !! There is so much going on in this story that it will keep you reading and taking the book with you for coffee refills !! Harlow and Vanek will go through so much together and apart that it makes this story so life like ! If you love romance strong men and women then this book and series is for you ! This is well written and strongly recommended to all !!

We meet two more members of the Crimson Dragon team and their mates, Vanek and Harlow. Working under a terrifying choice - kill an Outsider or be put back to sleep - Vanek feels enormous pressure to bind with his mate and accomplish the impossible task. Harlow isn’t making it easy, either. Every time he tries to broach the subject, her abandonment issues rear their ugly heads. Will he prove all he is to her and kill The Outsider in time or will he fail once again like he did long ago? This couple crackles with the fire of their love which explodes like a Super Nova, and the tension created as the deadline looms closer will leave you on the edge of your seat. The action packed climax and satisfying ending will leave you with a smile on your face, and once again prove that Ms. Jade is a masterful storyteller, giving her readers exactly what they crave.

The Army has now put a deadline on them. Vanek has to kill an Outsider. But he has to find a mate first. They know from the other to fights, the love between mates makes them more powerful. While out looking he literally falls into Harlow's parade float and wrecks it.
Harlow has one thing on her mind, keeping her business a float. It's her dream that ties in with her childhood. That's until Vanek ruins it.
Vanek has days to make Harlow fall in love with him by helping her fix her float. Their are so many people counting on him. Their lives depend on it. But first he has to crack thru Harlow's wall around her heart.
I was rooting for these two. Vanek being under so much pressure. He needed a mate most of all.
I can't wait to see if they are victorious and how.

DRAGON DEVOTION
I loved Dragon Devotion, the final book in Crimson Dragons series. Another great read that was really exciting and very entertaining, and filled with action, drama, and love. Vanek is the last to find his mate, and the excitement in him is plain to see. Now he must do everything to win over his mate and deal with the Outsiders at the same time. Harlow(love the name) is really sweet and very passionate about her job. When she first meets Vanek, it doesn’t go very well at all. When he offers to help her, she finds it hard to believe that he wants to help her and that someone like him could have any interest in her. So their journey begins. A very enjoyable read and my favourite book.

The last book of a new series, it's great!!!
This the last book of the new Crimson Dragons. This is actually one of Ms Jade earliest series but it's new to me. I luv, luv, luved this series. A new take on the dragon stories, where ancient dragons are brought awake from their deep sleep, where they have turned to stone and taught to fight an alien invasion. They must fund their mates and learn to kill alien invaders that can not be destroyed by modern weapons, not even a nuclear bomb fired info their world. Each book is the story of 1 dragon and his mate and his fight against the Outsiders. Brilliant writing, strong characters and an ongoing storyline that ties the three books together makes for an unput downible series. Highly recommended.

Vanek is the last of the awake dragons searching for his mate. Harlow doesn't trust men after her father passed away when she was younger. Their meeting was by chance, but Vanek must prove he is trust worthy. Will Vanek be able to win Harlow's heart and defeat an Outsider? Will Harlow be able to overcome her past?
Loved see Vanek find his mate after meeting him in the previous book. Loved his solid determination to help his mate no matter what. I didn't blame Harlow for being scared, but was happy that she discovered the truth in the end. Great read and cannot wait for more from this author!

The stress is on for Vanek a newly awakend dragon, not only must he find his mate, but now the human military has given him a time limit to proving that dragons can kill the Outsiders or they will be returned to sleep. Troubled by past failures he is determined not to fail this time.
Harlow is full of insecurities and fears, always staying on the go and never putting down roots, When she and Vanek meet he is stumped on why such a hot guy would be at all interested in her, It takes time and Vanek is so sweet while winning her over, but we get the HEA ending that we all hope for in the end. I read and reviewed this book as a voluntary ARC.

Amelia Jade has a way with writing about these dragon's that make them real. It's like I could go get a burger and see Vanek and Harlow sitting next to me munching away. Harlow was a tough woman who had been through a lot...Vanek brought love and peace to her along with some laughs and tears. This the 3rd book in the series was really good.

Vanek meets his mate Harlow totally by accident and not in a good way.. she runs him over with her parade float! causing trouble not only for him but for her! if you this this is a rough start you have to read this amazing story to see what other troubles happen along the way!

Overall, this was a really good book. Vanek and Harlow were fun characters. Vanek was really cute with Harlow, and I loved seeing them together. Harlow was very likable, and I started liking her right away. It was well written, and fast paced. The plot was interesting and kept me hooked. I was gifted a copy.

I really liked Vanek
He is a great character!!! He just seemed so clumsy around Harlow!! And that is an understatement. LOL. The harder he tries the more he makes a mess! The banter back and forth was so real it sounded like they had been together for a long time. So far l like this one the best. But you should read in order to follow the story.

dragons and bears,oh my!
this three story set was so wonderful i couldn't stop reading, for anything. i absolutely loved all the characters, even the villains. ferro, as the first dragon shifter, was such a sweetie when he saved ana. definitely planning on reading rest of your shifter series. best stories i've read in a long time.

Dragon Devotion
A good ending to this part of the series. It brings more information about the awakening of the dragons and how to possibly defeat the "Outsiders." It also ties into the Onyx series that is getting started. The bonus reads were nice in giving the reader more about Amelia Jade's other books and worlds.

This heroine was particularly annoying. She did not like to wait for explanations from anyone. Sigh. I wanted a bit more about the dragon culture of the mating bond and the jewelry gifts.

Out of the three books in the Crimson Dragon series I believe Dragon Devotion is the best. The story came together in such a way that it flowed so seamlessly from one scene to the next while the characters were well-developed and I believe easily pictured as you read their story. Loved the chemistry between Vanek and Harlow.
