So it turns out being in a relationship with an entire rock band isn't always easy. Who knew? Kelsey Lambert helped save the reputation of world-famous rockers Harem, only to fall in love with all of them in the process, and the five musicians are equally smitten with Kelsey and willing to share her. What could possibly go wrong? Sure enough, their relationship is put to the test during a working vacation at an English country manor, when faces from the band's past show up and begin to undo everything Kelsey and her men have worked so hard to achieve. Will Kelsey be able to save her harem?
Kelsey:When I think of my future with Harem, I can't help but wonder where the next threat to our little arrangement will come from. If I were with just one man, this is the time I’d start looking for a commitment. But I can’t ask five rich young rock stars to give up other women forever, can I? And how would that work, anyway? Once they've finished recording this new album, everyone will go their separate ways until the next tour. I can’t see any way I’ll be able to keep Harem together. Maybe this was doomed from the start.
Saving Her Harem is a steamy reverse harem romance with scorching graphic sex scenes and a deliciously happy ending. Hot, hot, HOT!
"Alexis Adaire is the queen of strong female protagonists and Kelsey Lambert is among her fiercest and sexiest!"
Living in the Pacific Northwest, Alexis Adaire spends too much time indoors, cuddling under blankets, emerging from the bedroom periodically to refill her coffee mug and write stories.
Alexis likes to take her readers to those secret, unspeakable corners of their fantasies they barely even knew existed.
What a great continuation from the first book, it follows on seemlessly and starts where book one left off. I like the balance the writer got with all the drama and our heroines uncertainty. The storyline is exciting and well written and with a fantastic end I thoroughly enjoyed this two book set
Well the story is more complete now. I have just a couple things to say.. for someone that was take no crap in the first one, she turned into a passive insecure woman in this one. She kept doubting what they have believing it could never last and getting insecure about their true feelings for her. Why did it take so long for her to just come out and ask both in the beginning at the end of the tour and in the end while wrapping up the new album? She had no problem in the first book just coming out and saying what was on her mind. Anyways still a porn like story and that’s ok because it was what I wanted. Something light and not full of angst. I have been so bogged down with the bully books or the highly emotional stories that you just have to switch it up sometimes and that is what this series did for me.
Her Harem book 1 of this series was fantastic but Saving Her Harem is off the charts! Kelsey is back with her five Rock Star boyfriends from the band Harem Things are really heating up! Kelsey saves their tour, and does so well that the record company wants a new album! The return of an outcast band mate stirs trouble and causes unnecessary insecurities. As they pull together and resolve issues, things get even hotter! The end of this story is simple perfection! Cudos to Alexis for another Great Story!
I had read the first book and quite enjoyed it and was interested to see where the story could go. It was a fun read and I would have given a higher rating but I was distracted throughout by an error that should have been picked up during the editing process. A character has changed name from Alec to Jordan between the 2 books. It's a shame the story was worth more.
Loved this book. I liked how they continued the story from the 1st book and the trouble the kicked out band mate brings to the storyline.
This is my favorite type of story- rockstar reverse harem. I wish there were more of these stories! Highly recommend both books and this author. Will be reading more of her work. Loved all the characters, even the bad former bandmate.
Good ending to Kelsey and Harem’s story. This book was more intense and filled with drama. Jordan’s reappearance threw everything into a tizzy and caused a lot of emotions al upheaval. But Harlem’s success skyrocketed again and there was another nice surprise at the end. The only annoying thing is that she kept calling Travis, “Trevor” again…just like in the last book.
I loved the first book in this series and couldn't wait to read the second . It did not disappoint. The story was well written and all my questions were answered. I only had one issue with it, in the first book the disgraced band member was named Alec Maris but in the second book his name was Jordan Maris. I can't stand this type of inconsistency. But overall I loved both books.
For awhile there, I was worried. The FMC had become a wingey, annoying female with low self-esteem. And there were a couple of times in the story when it seemed the author was going to take one of those stupid everyone is mad at each other because they're not talking turns. Luckily, that didn't happen. So if you're trying to read this, and you're getting annoyed, keep at it. The end is worth it.
Note to the author: Definitely needs a re-edit, lots of mistakes.
There were name changes in this one that didn't match from book Her Harem ( Eric when it should be Ian and Jordan when it should be Alex). Again, some of the sex scenes were not for me.
Following in the footsteps of the first in the series this book is hot, but frankly has a lot more going on in the plot with the return of the former Bandmate. However I still enjoyed it, despite less overall steaminess.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this reverse harem romance, and didn't have huge expectations. I was right. It was an entertaining read, and passed a few hour's.
