In the Apocalypse there are no happy endings, as is proven by there being a sixth book in this series.
When you get to know, and become invested in, a character it can be hard to read their story when it does a 180, but read it I did and what a story it turned out to be! Blood, death and revenge, Jack is on the warpath and this ex zombie author is a man not to be underestimated.
Loved it.

Jack Zombie Book 6
I love this series. The characters, the storyline and the hope that runs throughout the whole series. Through the losses and yes, I did shed a tear or 2, these few people just don't give up. This series will grab you and keep you reading until you too are waiting (impatiently) for the next and hoping with all your heart, not the last one to be written and released. Did I mention sooner would be better?

Series starts off slow but.......
So in reading the whole six books on this series and now waiting on book seven, I’ve gotten completely hooked. The first book didn’t impress me much but I’ll glad I stuck with the series as the best books were 4-6 and 6 starting out 15 years after book
5 left off and finding out about some of our main characters was like a knife to the heart.
Well done. I look forward to book 7.

Love the series
I found Flint Maxwell through his recent fantasy stories (Midwest Witch, well worth looking into!) Two different types of fantasy worlds and two very different characters but he handles both with great storytelling and great characters. Can’t wait to see what happens to Jack Jupiter next!

DEAD LOST (JACK ZOMBIE #6)
A great series to follow! Awesome characters that I can't decide who I like the best. Two main characters adapt, but not in a few pages or a chapter. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, is the living hell they go through everyday. I just like the series and will keep reading every book in the Jack Zombie series. 📚

I am so glad the author decided to give us more of Jack Jupiters adventures, he has become my favourite protag, the unexpected hero. The intense raw emotion of this novel is undeniable and makes this one of the best novels I have ever read.

Good to see Jack again
Liked the story and the continuation of Jack's odyssey. Made some new friends, lost some old friends and gets to the windy city. Not bad!
