What an interesting read! A friend of mine had told me about this story she was reading in which this woman, who was gardening in England during the Second World War, is visited by a spirit guide. It sounded good and so I began to read. Overall I really enjoyed the trips that Verity and Raphael take to discover the world and there were some nuggets of wisdom that I took with me. I wasn’t as huge a fan of the sudden influx of Christian themes and push of vegetarianism, both of which didn’t seem necessary to advancing understanding. But definite food for thought that i will undoubtedly reread.
