Claire Daniels is good at a lot of things, but dating isn't one of them. Although she enjoys men of all different shapes, colors, and sizes, she has one requirement: they must have a job on her approved-occupation list. I loved Dirty Dicks book 1 and fell in love with Trevor Allen and couldn't wait for him to get his happy...
But he has his work cut out for him having loved Claire Daniels since he was a teenager. You see Claire is his older brother's best friend, older than him by a couple of years and for reasons that I won't reveal to you—untouchable.
But tell that to their insane chemistry, the attraction that they feel for one another, their flirty bantering that kept me smiling... I was just DYING for them to get together!
And when they finally did... JUST WOW! K.L. Grayson knows how to pack the heat!!!
Trevor is everything to me... a book boyfriend who says all the right things and just loves with his heart.
And Claire... I liked her a lot but there were times that her "rules" just grated on my nerves.
So despite the "rules" is there a chance for a happily ever after for this hot firefighter and the woman of his dreams? Well, you will have to read the book to find out!
I am absolutely in LOVE with The Dirty Dicks series and I can't wait for what Grayson has in store for us next!!!

Crazy Hot Love is the perfect romance to spend your afternoon curled up with. I was hooked on Trevor and Claire from the very first chapter. I mean, I was head over heels. Trevor was everything you could want and then some: sexy, swoon-worthy, protective and one heck of dirty talker. And Claire was determined, loyal and completely stubborn. But together these two were the total package. They just got each other and understood each other in a way others couldn’t. I was drawn to Claire and Trevor like a moth to a flame. Their pull consumed. Their connection had me begging for more. They were so darn perfect for each other and they totally had me rooting for their happily ever after.
Crazy Hot Love was just that: crazy, hot, sexy, and totally unforgettable. This book is a prime example of why I love K.L. Grayson’s words so much. Not only is this story incredibly well written, but the characters and their problems are read. Their story matters. It makes you feel so many things. It completely consumes you and will have you falling helplessly in love. It’s the kind of story that you just can’t put down. I loved every moment of this story from beginning to end and am totally excited to see who this series is going to make me fall in love with next!

This story was on fire! This book captured my attention right from the beginning with the blind date, and it kept me interested. I couldn’t get enough of Claire and Trevor.
Claire is a first grade teacher with bad luck in love, thanks to her list of rules. Losing her father as a teenager made her want to guard and protect her heart from falling in love with someone in a dangerous profession. Jokes on her! Trevor is the younger brother to two of Callie’s friends. He’s also a fireman and a rancher, talk about dangerous jobs. He’s also been in love with Callie for years! He been afraid of taking a chance on her, as she has been to take a chance on him.
The first half of the book was like a slow burn. They definitely have the chemistry but they never took the next step. At least until the circumstances change and things get worked out. I loved how despite knowing Callie for years, he wanted to know more about her than what other people knew. He wanted to know her on a deeper level. I like that they were both insecure and had doubts but they overcame it.
This was my first K.L. Grayson book and I enjoyed it. The characters were great, and I cannot wait to read about the rest of the characters (I have a hunch on the next book already!). The story flowed and the writing was flawless.

Second in the Dirty Dicks series by K.L. Grayson, can be read as stand alone, however to get the full effect, read book one to understand all the players. Trevor Allen...firefighter and lovable hunk of man...is 4 years younger than Claire, but makes no difference....he’s known her a long time as she is friends with his brothers. Claire is stuck in her head a bit over something that happened in her past. Aw but Trevor won’t go own without a fight. Very good book, looking forward to getting more of Coop! And being the animal lover I am, who wouldn’t fall for a blind Pomeranian...named...Milo...uh, but she’s a girl.

Claire and Trevor have been friends, and part of the same group of friends, for years. And, they are both attracted to the other, but neither of them are comfortable acting on it. Claire has a rule about men who work dangerous jobs, and Trevor is a rancher/firefighter, so he is off limits. And, she is a little older than Trevor.
All of this combined, and they are both focused on avoiding their attraction, and not acting on it.
Until there is a fire, and Claire is trapped and Trevor is the one who saves her, and the damage left to her emotionally by her father's death becomes more than she can handle when it is combined with the new events, and she turns to Trevor for support.
I wanted to love this book. I wanted to be really engaged with the story and I was with Trevor and his character. But, for some reason, I struggled to really connect with Claire until close to the end of the book. Because of this, it was a bit of a struggle in some places in the book. It did end well, and I was really able to connect with Claire toward the end, so that helped...but there was a lot in the middle of the book where I struggled with her character.
I do still recommend the title overall, and I am looking forward to the next one by this author.

Trevor sees her as off-limits as well. So for years, both denied what they felt.
Then everything changes and Claire leans on Trevor and things change some more. Though their journey was not free of obstacles, it was sweet and charming to see them come together. Claire had her concerns about being with a man like Trevor, but Trevor was determined to knock every one of them down.
I loved Trevor and Claire. They had a strong chemistry and attraction, even when they tried to deny it. Trevor was strong, determined, and very caring. He was so sweet to Claire and was truly there for her. Claire was just as determined, full of sass but also sweet. Her rules kept her from giving in at first. But Trevor worked hard to win her over.

This was a cute childhood friends to lovers, older woman/younger man romance. We first met Claire and Trevor in Crazy Sexy Love, and though this is technically book 2 in the series, it can be enjoyed as a standalone.
I really liked that there wasn't any unnecessary drama in this one, and that from the start, Claire and Trevor are focused on each other. Claire did frustrate me at times, but Trevor really was so wonderfully sweet. Their baggage and history have molded them into the people they are today and it was at times so heartbreaking to see them work through their pasts. Trevor's big reveal was especially emotional and one that I didn't see coming. Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross were fantastic as always in this duet narration. They captured the vulnerability of these two characters so perfectly and I'm always impressed by their chemistry.
It was great to catch up with Rhett and Mo as well as Claire's mom and Mo's dad. I'm hoping to see a story for Cooper eventually, but I'm especially intrigued by Lincoln and Adley. There were some great bread crumbs dropped to set up their story next and I can't wait!

This is a sweet friends to lovers book and it was really good.
Claire and Trevor have been friends for a long time, he is her two best friends brother, and they are part of same group of friends. Both of them are clearly attracted to each other but neither of them want to admit it. And there is Claire's rule of not dating men who have dangerous jobs. And lo and behold Trevor is a fire fighter.
This book was so sweet and I loved it. Trevor is definitely the ultimate book boyfriend ladies. And trust me you will fall in love with him from the first page. Claire even though she had a crush on Trevor tried to stay away from him, but the chemistry between them was just too much

Oh my swooning heart! These Allen boys are killing me and I do mean in the best of ways. I got my first taste of Claire and Trevor in Crazy Sexy Love and I knew their story was going to be one of my favorites. I mean, who doesn’t like a sexy, hot AF firefighting cowboy? These two have known each other most of their lives and to see their story unfold and find out just how long they’ve actually secretly loved each other? Oh my heart!
I will admit that I wanted to throat punch Claire on more than one occasion for her stupid rules and her indecisiveness, but in the end, I was totally loving her too. And Milo-- she totally stole the show. KL Grayson knows how to write sexy, sweet romance and Crazy Hot Love is no exception. These two combust chemistry! Overall, I absolutely adored this book, from the first page to the last, and I can’t wait for more of this series.

Crazy Hot Love is a fun friends to lovers romance. While the characters are met in the previous book, it reads perfectly as a standalone.
Claire, who is a bit older than the sexy Trevor, has her reservations about being with him. He is a tenacious man, determined to peel back her walls. I loved their friendship and history. It made for realistic characters that felt like friends. They aren't perfect, but have a story perfect for them. They have a sweet connection and fiery chemistry.
Crazy Hot Love was a fun novel, with a few emotional moments. Its balanced and paced well. The characters are fun loving and I'm excited for this series to continue.

I loved this book; it was extremely well written, it is a sweet, loving romance story that was so comfortable to read. The words flowed beautifully, the characters were a dream to read about and I connected with them all so easily.
Claire Daniels and Trevor Allen have known each other all their lives. Growing up together as friends have made it easy to like each other but as the years go on Claire starts to feel more for Trevor than just friendship. This story is all about watching these two characters find out about each other and experiencing what they discover.
The characters of Trevor and Claire were both wonderful to read. Trevor is a hot blooded male surrounded by a loving family who plays a big part in this book, amazing characters with addictive personalities that made me smile to myself many a time. Claire is a feisty, cheeky redhead but loving and generous always thinking about others first. Her insecurities make her all that more interesting to read.
The author has done a brilliant job of creating this story and the characters in it. The whole book was a delight to experience and one I would thoroughly recommend.

This is my favorite book in this series and by this author yet!! I can’t even believe I’m saying that because I loved the first two I read so much. Trevor put this one firmly into 1st place for me though!
I am new to KL Grayson, just finished my third of her books (All Dirty Dicks and Crossover) and dying to dive into the next one. I don’t know how I haven’t read her until now but she’s made a loyal fan out of me and I doubt I’ll miss a book going forward and I plan on going back and reading everything she’s written.
I didn’t know I had room left in my heart for another Hero on my faves list but Trever earned his spot!! He is a sexy, dirty talking yet romantic and extremely sweet man. He truly has it all. Claire was so real and funny and I adore her! I think what I loved most about them was their shared history and affection from a distance their whole lives. It was a total slow burn for me and it developed page by page giving me more and more of their love for each other. All I can say is WOW!

I enjoyed the first book in this series, but the second one is even better. I was hooked right from the start. Claire and Trevor were adorable with a ton of chemistry. I found myself laughing, crying, and happy sighing. This book pulled all the emotions out of me. It has the heart, humor, and heat that is a great combination in my opinion. I also enjoyed catching up with Mo and Rhett from the first book. I thought this book couldn't have ended on a better note then it did. I'm eagerly anticipating the next book.

Crazy Hot Love by K. L. Grayson is book two in the Dirty Dicks series. It is a friends-to-lovers romance.

Woohoo! I fluffing LOVED the beginning of this novel. Right from the start, awkward descends in and we can feel every molecule of the uncomfortable as it settles and gives us an out-of-the-gate setup that is too funny not to burst with raucous laughter.
“Life is short. There’s only one thing more precious than our time, and that’s who we spend it with. And I’d really like to spend my time with you.”
Who doesn’t swoon for affection that is mutually felt from far away? Claire and Trevor have had a distant infatuation with each other for several years. There’ve been secret glances, hidden innuendos, and silent ogling on both sides of the line. But crossing that line was ALWAYS a no-no. And lust-filled passion can’t get any hotter than with two people who dare to cross a line.
“When you’re around, I feel like I’m standing on the edge of a cliff. I can’t think, let alone form words, and I’m seconds away from hurling myself off the edge, and that’s terrifying. What if you’re not there to catch me?”
This story was so good. It made my heart swell and burst wide open for all of the characters. I loved Claire and Trevor. Reading their story, I knew without a doubt that they were it for each other. Their relationship may not have been easy to get to, but once it began, there was a symbiotic flow to it that seemed to make the universe happy. Getting another glimpse of familiar family and friends also provided more moments to cherish and hold close.
“I would rather love you and risk losing you than not have you at all, because my life doesn’t work without you in it.”
Sweetness dripped from the pages of Crazy Hot Love. Hot cowboys and a fireman packed the heat, while happily-ever-afters flowed through the pages.

My Readultery Life Review
Crazy Hot Love is the second book in K.L Grayson’s Dirty Dicks series. This is easily my favourite book from this author to date. The book is a stand alone in the series, but if you want some background story of the supporting characters, its worthwhile reading the first book.
Crazy Hot Love is the perfect romance novel for an afternoon read. It has the perfect mix of heat and romance between the main characters Claire and Trevor. I was hooked from the first chapter and couldn’t put the book down.
Claire and Trevor have been friends for years. Secretly they have harboured feelings for one another but have never acted on them. The chemistry and pull that you experience while reading their story is undeniable.
Will Claire be willing to take a chance on Trevor and face her worst nightmare? Will Trevor be able to change Claire’s mind about the dangers he faces in his job? Will their relationship last?
I loved Claire’s character, her reasoning for holding herself back from Trevor broke my heart. Having lost her father in a fire, she has decided not to date a firefighter, but the feelings she has for Trevor are becoming so much more than friendship. She’s a smart woman with a good head on her shoulders. But can she stick to her own rules? Guess you’ll have to read to find out.
Trevor is by far my favourite character from K.L Grayson. He is so thoughtful and understanding. He is willing to risk his friendship with Claire to give them a chance at something so much more, but is he holding something back from Claire? Could this be the reason he has never pursued Claire?
There was something about Claire and Trevor’s story that drew me in and never let go. I became invested in their story. It has the perfect combination of interaction with secondary characters and the main characters. They are well balanced characters that don’t really come with too much drama allowing the readers to focus on the story and their relationship.
I thoroughly enjoyed Crazy Hot Love and I’m sure you will too!!

This is the second book in the series. Trevor and Claire were secondary characters in book one now have their chance in the spotlight. The book absolutely stands alone; however, it was nice to know some of the background of the supporting characters from book one.
Claire and Trevor... happy sigh. Their contemporary chemistry mixed with their shared history really pulls at the heartstrings in this well-constructed friends-to-lovers romance. Claire lost her father in a high-risk profession, so she (understandably) created a list of “undatable” professions in order to avoid suffering another similar loss. But doing this prevents Claire from truly loving, leading to this question: Is it better to have loved and (potentially) lost than never to have loved at all?
Trevor fell in love with Claire a little bit at a time over the years- things she did or said. And reading how he recounted them leaves you feeling sweet and reminds you that seemingly small actions/interactions for one person can make a huge difference in the life of another. Though Trevor’s always had the hots for Claire, one of the best friends of his older twin brothers, he never pursued it due to something in his past, but when circumstances push them into close quarters and they can no longer resist each other, will it matter?

This is easily my favorite K.L. Grayson book to date! Gosh Trevor is just such a good guy. This story got pretty emotional for me. There were some very poignant moments that just ripped my heart out. These two have known each other forever. But both carry heavy burdens that hold them back. I loved how this story arced. Just when I thought I knew exactly what was going to cause the drama between characters and that wasn't what happened I loved it! I truly thought I knew how that was going to go but I was pleasantly surprise when I turned out to be wrong.
I loved Claire. My heart broke for her and the things that were holding her back. She's a smart girl with a good head on her shoulders but she's determined to stick to her rules. Thankfully this girl sees the light and manages to break her rules and allows herself to fall for the fireman.
Trevor is without a doubt my favorite K.L. Grayson hero. Oh my word this man made me weak! He is so thoughtful and kind. And when he breaks our heart with the story about Claire's dad I wanted to jump into the book and hold him tight. He was a total sweatheart!
I'm pretty sure you don't want to pass this story up!

Trevor Allen, Rhett's younger brother, is our lead male in the story. He's a firefighter and rancher, a few years younger than Claire and has grown up with her.
CHL is a cute friends-to-lovers story. Claire has some hang-ups/rules in her life that she's been using to protect herself and her heart.
Trevor is a firefighter - h o t.
Their story is sweet, they've been circling around each other for years, but not giving into the chance of a relationship between them.
The story is cute, fast paced with a lot of sweet, a lot of heat and some giggles. Another great one from KL Grayson!

I am seriously in love with the Dirty Dicks series! Excuse me if I giggle like I’m a teenage girl when I say that because I cannot say that with a straight face! But once I get past that KL Grayson has given us another sexy read that I could not get enough of! I just devoured Crazy, Hot Love and could not get enough of the sexy firefighter and the down to earth school teacher. This is one I would recommend for anyone looking for a friends to lovers or firefighter romance novel! I just loved it! This is a standalone novel and is told in alternating points of views.
It seems that Claire is unlucky in love. Her father was a firefighter that died in a fire so she wanted no part of any high risk profession. When she found love she was determined to find it in someone who had a safe 9-5 job. What she also found out very quickly that her heart wasn’t in it for those safe bets. She has had a secret crush on someone for years but he’s the one type of person she vowed to stay away from.
Trevor on the outside looks like the ladies’ man. Women flock to him like bees to honey, being a sexy firefighter will do that though! Who doesn’t love a man in a uniform?! He’s never seem to find the right girl and has secretly crushed on his brother’s girlfriends best friend. They always had a good relationship but she was just a crush and something he never acted on.
How quickly things can change. A fire will bring the two closer but Claire’s rules may just get in the way of her happiness. Will she make an exception to the rule for Trevor? You will need to read Crazy Hot Love to find out!! This was a solid 4 star read for me!

Be still my beating heart. I have been dying for his story since we met him in the first book. He is the youngest Allen brother, a cowboy and a firefighter. And he is sooooooo sexy. He has been in love with Claire since he was a young boy (she was his brothers best friend, and 4 years older) She felt the same about him, but neither acted on it.
The chemistry in this book is EXPLOSIVE!!!! KL Grayson sure knows how to write a dirty talking cowboy, and you can feel the sexual tension oozing from the pages.
Claire is a teacher and also helps out Mo by volunteering at Animal Haven. I loved Claire’s character, she was strong and independent, and the kind of person I would want to have as my best friend.
I am so addicted to this series of books, and am kicking myself that I hadn’t discovered them sooner.

Great Second Book!
Next up in the Dirty Dicks series, K.L. Grayson did a fantastic job at keeping up with Crazy Sexy Love. Now that I think about it, you really can't go wrong with those super hot, slightly alpha, Allen boys and Trevor is no exception.
We met both Trevor and Claire in the first book. She is Mo's best friend who is now dating Trevor's brother Rhett. Get all of that? Well, there's more, however I'm sure it will take another book to explain them, so lets focus on Trevor and Claire. They grew up together, her four years older, him a bit of a player, however are finally letting each other know how they feel. Carefully.
The feet dragging is more on Claire's side than Trevor's. This guy was great! Very go with the flow if you will and him being a firefighter? Even better. Not for her. Claire has personal reasons to want to date a "safe" man, reasons that will finally push Trevor away if she doesn't watch out.
Ah the Allen brothers. They are something I tell ya. And when the parents get involved, you can see why. They are a close knit farm family that see each other through anything. I really like how that has come out in both books so far. You get to see who and what these boys are made of.
The book is well written and can be read as a stand alone, but I recommend reading Crazy, Sexy, Love first to really appreciate where the supporting characters are coming from. Plus it's just fun to "remember when" with them.

Rcvd an ARC at no cost to author..I loved this book it was really cute. I always recommend to start with previous book first so that you can get a better feel for this book and since some of them were in this one, you'll get a better picture. Claire and Trevor grew up together and knew each other for years. They have the same friends and even though they were attracted to each other have never acted on them but that changes my friends. Claire has a list of rules that she goes by deciding what time of man that she will date. Claire sees Trevor as off-limits since he is younger and brother to on of her best friends, again that will change. Trevor a hot firefighter (I would have broken every rule for just that) also sees Claire as forbidden but eventually all the years of denying themselves will come to head..And that my friends is all I am going to say, grab a copy and Enjoy!

I loved Rhett Allen in Crazy Sexy Love along with Mo and thought nothing could beat that couple’s chemistry. Then Trevor and Claire came along in Crazy Hot Love and blew them out of the water. I loved Trevor Allen! We don’t get much of him in the first book, just some quick mentions since he was usually working, so it was nice to learn all about him. And I love him! And then to learn what happened to Claire when she was younger and her connection with Trevor...doesn’t get much better than that! I couldn’t put this book down! The story just sucks you in and you need to know what happens NOW!

I seriously love this series!
The chemistry between Trevor and Claire could start a fire.. they have both been not so secretly crushing on each other for years, but claire has her reasons for not acting on the temptation that is Trevor. Not only is he her best friends little brother, but his profession scares the mess out of her. When these two come together it’s intense and sweet. The love between them is built on years of friendship, it makes this such a beautiful story. Looking forward to more books in this series!

This Dirty Dicks series is turning out to be fantastic reads! These Allen brothers are super hot! Loved every minute of this! Claire and Trevor are crazy hot together! And Milo the disabled dog is so cute! Now l am going to start Crazy Stupid Love the only Allen sister Adley's story, l think she is going to show up those brothers of hers!

I love KL Grayson’s writing style. Another crazy, sexy book in this series. A friends to lovers story that deals with holding onto guilt and how freeing it is to let it go. Add in a dirty talking, hot firefighter and you’ll devour this read.

This book was fantastic!!! I loved reading about Claire and Trevor!!! This is probably the best friends to lovers book that I have read in a long time!!! Two friends who have liked each other for a long time finally give in to their feelings. GREAT STORY!!
