**** A story of a SEAL and the movie star !****
Kurt, 23, a black haired, dark eyed British movie star, is learning about SEALs for his next movie. He has a slutty reputation, but surprises the guys in several ways. Dom, 30s, a Texas boy and a big, bad, and one of the best, a Navy SEAL. He's very judgmental of Kurt, but begins to see Kurt's real self. With the training comes the accident that changes lives. In the beginning, Dom was pretty much an ass-hat, and Kurt is much more than a pretty boy.
It's an interesting story, with several things going on, and does get romantic near the end. I liked these guys when they finally figured things out.
We get a HFN.
ENJOY !

Audio review: I thought the writing was well thought out and the characters definitely were fleshed out, but I didn't care for Dom from the start. He didn't stand up for himself in the beginning and then he antagonized Kurt for it the rest of the book. He was cruel when Kurt didn't deserve it and I didn't think it was realistic to Dom's character that he made the sacrifice in the end.

Kurt McNeil is a British Omega movie star preparing for an upcoming part as a Navy SEAL. He’s tasked with learning everything he can about the life of a SEAL by shadowing an actual SEAL team while they go about their daily routine. For Kurt, it’s just another task that needs complete for him to do his job and fulfill his contractual agreement. For the team of SEALs he’s studying, Kurt’s nothing more than an annoyance they all have to put up with.

Nobody’s more irritated by the presence of the promiscuous Hollywood heartthrob than Dominic Van Heel. He’s the ultimate Patriotic, red-blooded American man serving to protect the country he loves. Dom doesn’t have time to deal with some spoiled lothario, no matter how good looking he is. It’s obvious by the publicity following Kurt around that the man isn’t the wisest person in the world and he certainly isn’t virtuous. That alone makes Dom overly critical, not wanting to give Kurt a real chance.

A lot is going on in this story that I don’t want to divulge because it’ll give too much of the plot away. Let’s just say that Kurt and Dom are manipulated to sleep together by Elisa, Kurt’s horrendous assistant. The manipulation doesn’t help Dom’s opinion of Kurt any and Dom is a complete asshole to the guy. The negative opinions shift as they spend more time together until. They fall prey to the attraction between them and despite their best efforts, Kurt becomes pregnant. The pregnancy changes everything for both of them, making them evaluate their lives and choices.

One thing I have to say about Aiden Bates is he knows how to keep a reader invested in the characters. My emotions were on high alert during my listen, especially when it came to some of the arguments between Dom and Kurt. Dom says some pretty horrible things to Kurt just because he doesn't grasp that the Omega wants to have the baby in Britain. The poor actor has his previous promiscuous behavior thrown in his face again and again. I’m glad that Dom’s friends witness his behavior and called him out on it. Kurt might have a bad reputation, but he doesn't deserve to be judged so harshly.

It's great that the characters aren’t perfect. They both have flaws that are obvious from the start. Those flaws make for an interesting story. There is conflict between the MCs, some decent character growth, emotionally hurtful arguments, righting wrongs, sacrifices, and eventually a HEA. All of those things create a story able to hold my attention throughout the entire audiobook. Well, that and the audiobook narrator, Austin Jay. He does a great job of reading this book, making both the story and the characters interesting.

I’d recommend this book to people who are into military M/M romance with a side of mpreg. The whole series focuses on those tropes, so I’d suggest you check them out as well if that sounds like something you're into. They’re well written, well-read, and interesting books. If you're a fan of Aiden Bates and haven’t checked out this series, you should. It might not be a series you’d listen to over and over again, but it’s definitely a good read.

This is the 5th book in the SEALed With A Kiss series.

Here we have a famous Hollywood heathrob, omega Kurt McNeil. He is quickly making a name for himself in Hollywood. He also already has quite the reputation in Hollywood. It appears that he has a new man on his arm, and in his bed every week.

Alpha SEAL Dom Van Heel is a Patriot through and through. He can't imagine doing anything else than serving his country. He has had a hard time of it lately with everything that has happened recently during their last assignment.

Dom's platoon is assigned to babysit a Hollywood star for PR after all that happened during their last assignment and Dom makes no secret about how much he hates this idea. He meets Kurt McNeil and automatically thinks this guy is an entitled jerk.

One night at a dinner party, sparks fly between the two of them and both their lives change. Kurt ends up pregnant and things quickly do downhill for Dom and Kurt.

This book had me on an emotional roller coaster the whole time. I was so engrossed in the story and found myself reading page after page waiting to find out what happened next. I thought that Dom and Kurt brought out the best, and at times, the worst in each other. Kurt's perception of himself just broke my heart and reminded me that just because you think someone has everything doesn't mean that they do. I was emotional during some parts of this book because of changes that came and those just made me sad. I love this platoon and the family they have created within each other. It is a brotherhood that can't be touched.

I've really enjoyed following this series and definitely enjoyed this latest installment, following Dom and Kurt! Kurt is a famous actor, known for his bad boy lifestyle, and he's been sent to learn about the Seals for an upcoming part. The Seals, including Dom aren't excited to have another person attached to them for PR reasons, but they go along with it. A quick (and harsh) encounter between Dom and Kurt changes both of their lives.

Kurt was a hard guy to warm up to at first, living his life as directed by his manager, shutting down and playing a part, but as I really got to know him I felt for him and the life he lives. It's not a genuine life, no one he cares about and no one to care about him. His relationship with Dom starts out the same way - just something to get through. These two don't start out well, but as they discover real feelings their story changes and both of them really have to figure out what really matters in life.

Of course, there is the continued White Dawn storyline and the trouble it causes for the Seal team as well. Overall, I enjoyed this journey with these two and really liked the way it all came together. I think we really get to see the importance of family as these two grow together. Another great addition to this series and more characters to fall for!

It's hard to review... This story is more into their romance than the Smolak case itself. Honestly? I'm disappointed with the ending. My guess is this is the last book in this series because the excerpt doesn't contain one of the SEAL members. And the team seems to be disbanded. I mean, something like changing generation.

I know the case about White Dawn connects to Smolak and the Seal was waiting to be dispatched to take care White Dawn. I expected something big would occur. Too bad this last book doesn't tell much about it. They only re-voice the information from above.

The SEALs..., my impression of them is bad, so bad. All of them. I like Kurt. I could see he was growing into a better person. However, Dom changed of behavior was too abrupt. From forcing Kurt to give up his job into him gave up his job instead. It's odd.

The excerpt looks interesting, but I have already hate the alpha...

Another Must read Mpreg romance. Navy Seal Van Heel hates that a Limey(Englishman) actor has wormed his way into their unit to study for a role. Kurt is the Omega actor that wants to give a believable performance for a horrible movie. He is not comfortable around Van Heel because he acts like a typical Alpha. All is going well until Kurt's personal assistant from the studio sets him up for a romp with Van Heel. The sex was awful for both of them and they just went through the motions. A second hook up results in Kurt getting pregnant, flipping Van Heel's life upside down. He is the alpha and wants the baby, but wants Kurt to give up his career and be a full time parent. It is bad enough with the domestic terrorists being at their bar, but now he has to figure out how to stop being a caveman or he may never see his baby if Kurt goes back home to England. What is a dumb Seal to do, other than go see Chief and get some sorely needed advice before it is too late.

Torn...

I’m torn because while I loved the couple - Dom and Kurt, the overarching storyline linking all five books together was resolved in the background. And not in a satisfying way. Boohooo =[[

Also, this was the end of the series but rather than feeling like everything’s tied up nicely in a neat bow, I feel like everything got scattered in the wind instead =[[

The only redeeming quality of this instalment is Kurt. Dom was an ass but luckily only in short bursts. Kurt was impressive. A layered character who was both docile to the point of being a doormat at times and smart and brave at the best of times.

I will miss the action the first few books in the series provided. Mal is probably my favourite character. Such a badass for an Omega! Actually, all the omegas are impressive. So I have Aiden Bates to thank for not painting them as simpering, delicate men who need a champion and protector.

Last book of the series is a winner! Sizzling connection, deception, scandal, embezzlement, miss perceptions and finally love. Understanding that public and private images of people can be very different is a lesson that Dom, one of our MC's has to learn.

Kurt and Dom are explosive together. Hurt my heart some, but i love that Kurt stands up for himself and Dom has to work to have a relationship with him. I loved that we got to see other members of this series in this story.

This has been an amazing series and i will miss them! I kinda wanted this series to go on much longer, but i do feel a sense of completion as we have seen the bad guys be taken out and everyone on the team has found their partner.

This author team is terrific and i look forward to their next story.

As you read the reviews they are as varied as the people who wrote them. What I got from this book is about 2 men who who grew up to be fine adults. Kurt is a famous actor, but behind the glamour and tabloids was a young man betrayed by his father, talent agent and assistant. Dom had enough predudice to sink a boat and needed to grow up and accept his faults. Dom was smart enough to go to his Chief for much needed advice and to learn and grow from it. Once he got to know Kurt and found out about his hard life, he gained a whole new respect for him. This was a well written book with a great message that boils down to, Don't judge a book by it's cover. Now if I can just figure out what the chapter after the ending is about and what book it goes with.

Awesome ending to an amazing series. First of all it wrapped up the back story so no open ending with that. Dom is a navy seal from Texas. The all American, proud to be an American and serving his country. In walks Kurt McNeil, British, playboy, badboy and actor....what is he doing in their meeting. Kurt is there is watch and learn from the Seals for his part in his next film. Talk about opposites. A good book about overcoming your prejudices and not believing everything you read. A one night stand with lasting consequences. It was tough to see the Seals going into their futures but all good things must move foward, but can Dom and Kurt make it work. Awesome series, I recommend reading it all in order to get the most out of it. Great job Aiden Bats.

Score: 4

This book was short. It has less action than the previous books, but it's much more complicated due to the stubbornness of the Character (Van Heel) and how much it dragged on due to his inability to comprehend how hard Kurt went through and how narrow minded he was. The one thing that frustrated me so much was the amount of victim blaming Van Heel did and how judgemental he was, but to tell you the truth I think he was the one who did an extra mile to be with his Love (Doesn't really change my opinion of him being a total jerk).

Overall I love Kurt and I hope he experiences justice from the people who did him wrong.

Ps: I really like what Val Heel did when his father talked down to Kurt at the end.

As usual Mr. Bates writes a stellar story that holds your attention and emotions. A big bad Seal and a movie star make for a combustible mix especially as the Seal thinks he knows it all, of course. This is a very emotional story as Kurt is controlled and abased by his assistant and his movie studio and reading the descriptions of these acts breaks your heart! White Dawn resurfaces to cause immeasurable trouble for Dom and his aggravation is a catalyst for misunderstandings, miscommunication and finally forgiveness and understanding. Another great addition to Mr. Bates catalogue of entertaining storytelling. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Sealed with a kiss series. I am member of one of the ethnic groups attacked in your story by white supremacist groups. I appreciated the way you've shown a light on the undercover manner of their ability to fund overt hate groups both national and international. I would truly like to think that there are trained people out there who are committed to eradicating them on both fronts. Your omega alpha love stories were a delightful icing on the cake. I love your books and highly recommend them to anyone into omegaverse love stories.

Kurt is a young actor who is sent to stay with the SEALs to prepare himself for a role in his next film.
Dom is one of the SEALs in the platoon who is very judgmental based on first impressions. Since the beginning, he thinks Kurt is just a hot celebrity with no brains at all.
This book is a little bit different from the others in the series. It is more focused on the relationship between Kurt and Dom than on the work and deploys of the SEALs.
We can see how unscrupulous agents, assistants, and even relatives took advantage of the inexperienced young actors to make profits for themselves instead of taking care of them.
The book has some interesting points about who should leave the job to take care of the children.

SEAL and Deliver is the 5th and final book in the SEALed With a Kiss series by Aiden Bates. The love Story in this installment centers around SEAL Dom Van Heel and an Omega actor, Kurt McNeil, who is researching his upcoming movie role as a SEAL. The connection between the two has a lot of obstacles to overcome but the book does a great job at pulling you in and getting you to root for a HEA. We also see the conclusion to the overall plot concerning a big bad enemy. Definitely a recommended book.

This is not one of my favorites of the series but it’s an ok read. Dom is a seal and Kurt is an actor who is with the seals to learn about them for a role in a movie. The overall story is pretty good but I feel like Dom is made out to be the bad guy and the only one who needs to change and give up everything in order to make it work with Kurt. I feel like Kurt needed to also compromise and be a little more understanding. The narrator was ok but some parts felt a little forced and the characters sometimes sounded the same. 4.5 ⭐️ Dom made me crazy, Kurt’s a sweetheart!

Kurt, an outstanding actor, is an omega who has been betrayed before and is attempting to get his life in order. Dom is one of those kick-ass alpha Seals and he knows what he thinks is the truth. I love this entire series but of all the Seals, Dom made me crazy, talk about shooting yourself in the foot multiple times! I love/hated this book! Aiden Bates, you’re such a fantastic writer, totally love you!

Sweet farewell to a great team

I thought that so much time in this book was devoted to Dom being an unreasonable jerk to Kurt that I didn't quite buy into them actually liking one another when they finally got together. It is a bit sad that the team is all going on to other stages in their lives, but (at the same time) I liked the realism of it just being a fact of military life.

MM. Alpha/ Omega. Kurt is an omega actor not wanting to be involved with this latest project about SEALs. He is also hurting deeply from his past and the lack of trust. Dom is attracted to and repulsed by Kurt's behavior, not knowing it is a facade. Dom is thick-headed even after Kurt lets him in. Kurt is amazing strong with everything he has to endure. Great book. I liked how being around Van Heel gave Kurt the courage to do what's right for himself. Stood his ground against those that were using him and running his life. Van Heel was a jerk initially, but he pulled through when it mattered. I always enjoy the appearances of the other Omega Seal spouses.

As much as I liked Kurt, I just couldn't get into liking Dom. He was just too mean with his old traditional mindset and hypocrisy. The story line was still really good mainly because of Kurt and the supporting characters. Dom had his sweet moments especially towards the end. It was just not enough for me to like him.

SEALS it seems are very pig headed and stuck in their ways. Another story from this SEAL alpha team that was fun to read. It shows the family orientated mind set of the guys. They live hard and they love hard. Do and Kurt had a tough time but worked it out for the best. Great ending for the series.

Nice storyline about an omega and an Alpha. Glad to read in this series that the omega's are well spoken, independent and can put his Alpha in his place.

The ending of the whole storyline about the bad guys was good but could have been better with more of the SEAL Team in action, like a last mission.

Not the best in the series.

Didn't like Dom at all and Kurt wasn't that great either. The story was meh and I really didn't like Elise at all. All in all a disappointing end to a decent series.
