I did enjoy the first volume more but this one still has a few stories that I really liked, such as the two Nyx stories (obviously) and endearing The Fisherman and the Pig. The others were okay, some either have cool world building or intriguing mysteries going on. Yet, they were all a tad bit morose. Nothing wrong with that, it's just that reading 12 morose stories in a row could really take a toll on you. Venture onward to something lighter, I shall.
