Rafe Katchadorian, a boy who is usually is always getting himself into trouble, wanted to enjoy his summer at home relaxing and enjoying his time. But suddenly his mom realized his grades weren't to good in school, so she sent him and his sister to a camp called Camp Wannamora where he made friends in his cabin who where called Dweebs, a tall guy, Cav, someone short, Smurf someone with blue hair, Tuns someone with a big heart but big bones as in very chubby, Legend, someone who looks like a serial killer, Bombardier a farter who can stink up a room, and lastly Norman also known as booger eater, only because he used to eat his boogers when he was younger, and together they're the Muskrat Cabin/Group. Then they made enemies one called Doolin and his bobcat hut group. They called Norman booger eater and one day they did something so bad that Norman ran away but trashed the Camp Leaders room with penut butter and because Norman has a hard life at home with his dad Rafe took the blame for it but before he went home he found out something about Doolin from his sister, Gorgia, that changed the whole muskrat groups life. Middle School How I Survived Bullies, Broccoli, And Snake Hill is about friendship, doing the right thing, compassion, and having your friends backs.

This was such a fun book! Bullies watch out - don't pick on the needs. They'll outsmart you everytime!!

I like the book How I Survived Bullies Broccoli and Snake Hill because it shows how a boy maybe my age survived something he thought he wouldn't be to fond of. Rafe K. goes to a camp named Camp Wannamorra where he meet new people, tries new foods and does thing he wouldn't ordinarily do. Rafe is faced with bullying like any other child but he will not let it bring him down. In this book Rafe catches many of the bullies off campus property smoking. One night he and his buddies go out to get a picture of them doing it but everything goes wrong when they get back to the Muskrat Cabin and check the photographs they took. They are all blurry and cant see anything. Looks like Rafes approach to revenge was ruined because they were scared they'd get caught.Later on in the story the bullies find out the Muskrat Cabin has nothing on them so they go back to being bullies.Rafe faces more bullying troubles toward the end of the book.
I recommend this book to all grades because it a book about a child that may go through the same things children today face. Also because its a funny book.

How I survived Bullies, Broccoli, and Snake Hill is a good fiction book. It covers the story of Raef Katchadoryen, A middle school student who has a knack for breaking rules. After Reaf does not do so well in school he is put in a summer school where he has to survive bullies, broccoli, and snake hill. He meets new friends in the "MuskRat'' cabin. Once they are all acquainted they head down to the chow pit for breakfast. There they hear the unpleasant sound of Dulen. The immitis camp bully. Immediately they are off to a bad start. Doolen starts to prank The muskrats. The most terrible of the pranks was Putting tuna in all of the Musk Rat's bunks. After having enough of the pranks Raef creates a plan. They will go into the forest and take pictures of Dulen and his friends smoking and use it as blackmail to make them stop pranking. Saddley Raef, the world's worst photographer, took such blurry pictures they could not be used as blackmail. Normen, Better known as booger eater Said that as long as Dulen thinks they have a photo of him smoking then will be fine. soon and though Dulen finds out about the phony photo. The day after Dulen finds out about the photo Raef meets up with his little sister Gorga who is with her new friend, who happens to be Dulen's little sister who tells him all about all of Dulens nicknames. They day after that a big mod was forming down by the lake. Raef went down there to find out what all of the racket was about and found out that it was about one of the camp counselors unable to move in their kayak. After they find out it was someone's trunk used to store clothes and other things that a camper brought with them to camp once they find out it was normen's trunk filled to the brim with books Normen had gone missing and everyone went looking for him. Raef goes looking for him far into the night once Normen is found Raef askes normen if he knows where they are. But to Raef's surprise they were on snake hill. Normen informs Raef that there are no snakes there. The next morning they went back to the camp. on the way the two were talking and normen confessed that out of anger he filled the camp concealers bedroom with peanut butter and that normen would get kicked out for it. Once the two got back they saw all of normens books drying in the field. Rafe also saw gorge who tried to talk to her but he ignored her. Raef then went to the counselor and told him that he had painted his room with peanut butter. Rafe's parents were called to bring him home. but before that could happen gorge finally got to talk to Rafe. she explained that one of the nicknames that Doolen had was "pampers" because he wore diapers for a extra long time. immediately read devised a plan. He got all of his friends together and had them reckon Doolan's cabin. when Doolen got back he was about to beat up Rafe but Reef stopped him and told Doolen of his discovery. And that if he wanted to keep it a secret that Doolen would have to stop calling Normen booger eater.

James Patterson's first book was The Thomas Berryman Number and has also written a lot more "Middle school" books with this one being my favorite. The protagonist is Rafe who has to commonly endure the torment of bullies. And the antagonist is Doolen who gets his entertainment from tormenting others. This was a well written book because it made the reader feel multiple emotions like joy, anger, and frustration. I thought it would be worse than the previous books like most but it was much better. I would recommend this book to younger kids who like funny stories.

This was another fun addition to the "Middle School" series being put out under the James Patterson seal of approval. The series, which is a fun combination of cartoons and narration, is focused on Rafe Khatchadorian. He is done with school for the summer ... well sorta. Over summer vacation, he will be attending summer camp. This is a unique one with a summer school environment in the morning and the usual camp activities in the afternoon.

Rafe quickly bonds with his cabin mates, but they find themselves to be the target of the camp bullies, who also all live together in to another cabin. That is not surprising since the whole group of them would be considered quirky outsiders. At their core, they a are a great group of guys, but that does little to remove the target from their backs.

All-in-all, this book takes a pretty realistic look at bullying and how it seems to happen despite there being adults around who should be doing more to stop it. Either they can't see it or they are accepting it as the normal behavior of kids growing up. That is really a pretty realistic environment in so many schools, camps and other environments for young people.

The book includes Rafe's usually sassy approach to dealing with troubles, and it is quite enjoyable as a result. The result is a look at the issue that is helpful without being preachy. It is also quite entertaining.

Oops. I was mistaken; now that I reread this, after getting around to reading the first three books, I see that Rafe is still the main character. The themes & tropes are wearing a little thin here. What I really want to read more about now is the boy nicknamed Legend. I don't know if I'll continue the series or not....

**L'auteur James Patterson, est-ce que c'est le même qui écrit des thrillers pour adultes ???

Tout d'abord je dois dire que l'objet lui-même est magnifique. D'habitude les hard covers avec une jolie jaquette sont décevants quand on enlève ladite jaquette, mais celui-là est encore plus beau sans. Maintenant que je l'ai terminé, j'ai pas envie de le ranger dans ma bibliothèque, mais juste de le laisser traîner pour pouvoir le regarder encore et encore.

L'histoire est simple : un été au camp de vacances, une hutte de "losers" contre une hutte de "bullies", des moniteurs qui n'aident pas, un directeur de camp limite dictateur, un crush pis ben des moustiques. C'était drôle et les dessins venaient en rajouter une couche. Mais ce que j'ai préféré, c'est la narration. Rafe, le personnage principal, s'adresse directement aux lecteurs comme si on se trouvait juste à côté. Un peu comme j'ai voulu faire dans "Cyndi et moi" publié chez Luzerne Rousse (un excellent roman, d'ailleurs ! wink ! wink !)

I did like this book but it was not as hilarious as "I Funniest" another book in the series of Middle School.

Rafe Khatchadorian the main character who is in all the Middle School books goes to Summer Camp but he doesn't like it there are a lot of rules and more rules. He does make some new friends, some of the characters are funny (Dweebs, Booger Eater, Smurf and Two Tunz are a few). Two Tunz is the fattest in the gang, Smurf has blue hair and Dweebs is very tall.

The food they are served everyday in the canteen is horrible and makes everyone feel sick.
The best part was when Rafe and his friends went into the Captains office and started eating all his nice food but they all got caught by Major Sherwood. They were confined to their quarters for a whole afternoon to think about what they had done wrong.

Just like the other two books, this book was awesome. I really liked how instead of the main setting being at some school, it is actually at a camp. It’s fun to read about how Rafe was able to make friends with his cabin mates, and it was also cool how he someone ended up “saving” them. Now, this isn’t an ordinary camp though, it is a camp, but at the same time it is a...School! No! And just like every other school that Rafe has gone to, he someone ends up making it very bad in the end for himself. That’s what I like about these books though. They are always filled with action, and you will probably never get bored of reading them!

The book Middle School how I Survived Bullies,Broccoli and Snake Hill by James Patterson is a 5 out of 5 stars. I loved this book because of how hooking it was and I never wanted to stop reading. It felt as though the author was really talking to me and it felt very different from other books in that way. Although this book did get confusing once there would be a conversation between many people since the author wouldn’t exactly specify who would be talking which did take time to understand. But I will add that the illustrations were very good and fun to see. I would recommend this book to people who love drawing or comedy

This is a major turning point in Rafe's social life because he is really having a lot of interaction with people his age! and the whole book just goes to show that no matter how weird people seem to think Rafe is, he has a pure heart. No matter how rude and absurd adults are, kids will always be kids-- or to be more accurate, middle schoolers will be middle schoolers.

Patterson has crafted yet another fun and adventurous read through the eyes of a kid and kids at heart. I could not wait to read the next books in this series.

I always wanted to go to summer camp and thought this was a fun take on how I imagined it to be. I hate bullies and thought it was great to see how this misfit group of campers takes a stand against this cabin full of bullies. Fun, entertaining, and a little angering, this book is another great hit in this series that shows what friendship is all about.

This book is made by the famous James Patterson it's about a kid named Rafe kachtidorian who is forced to go to summer school that's kind of like a camp with his sister Georgia kachtidorian and is supposed to survive with his weird friends, bullies, a roommate who is crazy and scary, a dictator like principal who does not let the councilors protect the campers from bullies.

Harder to read than #1, 2 and 3

I liked this book and recommend it to 8 year olds. This book was about Rafes adventures at summer camp / school. Rafe went to summer camp for idiots and his sister went to extra school because for break the only thing she can do is extra school Rafe has to but Georgia dosen't. So at camp out of all the cabins he had to be in the muscarats bunking with booger eater ( Norman ) ( this cabin is the worst aka loser cabin). So there is this team dead meat is there name they make fun of the muscarats and trash there cabin. The muscarats have tried trashing there but instead caught them smoking in pics team dead meat realized they got pictures but the muscarats couldn't see anything in the photos they caught. But team dead meat thought they had the pics so they left them alone. Until they realized they didn't and Rafe was acussed of trashing the "principles cabin" so he was kicked out of camp but he still had enough time to destroy dead meats cabin. By the way he wasn't the on to trash the "principles cabin". As you can see, I liked this book.

This book is really funny. Notice how it says "Bullies" in the title, well it's not kind of a Physical bully. And sanke hill ? that's so funny. Broccoli ? well that's random.
So, there's this guy name Rafe Khatchadorian and he goes to this camp with his sister, Georgia, At Camp Wannamora. They have seperated camp, one for the boys and one for the girls. Rafe met his camp mates he's not really about it because they're weird. They get bullied by the other campers that smoke and drink, But those campers usually do pranks on Rafe's camp mates and him. Rafe and his camp mates deciddd to fight back because they don't want any peanut butter in their toilets!!
Read the book how did Rafe and his weird camp mates fight back to those crazy smokers.

I really love this book because it can also happen in real life situations like to other campers too. And it could even happen to you when you go summer camp. :)

This book was one of the most amazing books i have read.It kept keeping me on the edge of my chair and made me wonder what would would happen next.I just couldn't resist to put down the book.The book was hilarious and had a lot of adventure.This book is about a boy named Rafe Khatchadorian who goes through this big adventure in summer camp.He meets friends who help him through summer camp and enemies who make his life miserable.I recommend this book because once you start reading you won't stop.But before you read you should also check out the other books of this series.

This is a good book about Rafe and his sister.This time Rafe and his sister are going to camp but, this is no ordinary acmp. This camp is a summer school camp. Rafe and his new friends run into some problems on the way. One of those problems is bullys (dilon aka pampers). another problem the run into is bombriaders problem with broccoli. The last problem they run into is the the camps owner. all and all this is a good book. I would recomend this book to many people (grades 3-12). I had fun reading this book and i hope you do to.

I think it is a good book that has alot of action and adventure. I think it is for the kids how are soon going to go into middle school. I also think it is for people who want to read a book that makes them think and smile. It is a book that I think people should read it during my free time and at any time. I think this book is great because it relates to everyone in middle school and it has drama too.
I would recommend this to kids in middle school because it is like boy stuff. I would like to read this again next time because it is funny and interesting
