Hi, I'm Akayla Furrows. Thank you for stopping by. Here is a little about me: I enjoy writing humorous contemporary romance. Short stories are my favorite but I'm working on sweet steamy romantic novellas in the New Adult categories, as well.

I'm happily married and I adore my two dogs, a standard poodle, and a crippled chihuahua. They keep me company when hubby is working long hours. My six-pound chihuahua enjoys sharing my chair as I write, snuggled in my lap. While the poodle is in and out of the house bantering with the neighbor's rooster on the other side of the fence. It’s a love-hate relationship between the two, is all I can say.

I'm an avid reader, particularly romance. Kindle Unlimited has saved me a ton of money and all of my books participate in Kindle Unlimited as well. My husband buys the KU membership at Christmas during the Kindle sales. Love it!
