My friend Heather lent me the book and even though it took me months to finish this tiny book, I really enjoyed it! It taught me a lot that I've already distorted in my head and will probably misinform those who ask me about it, but it's a great pocket guidebook for those who are wanting to learn how to center themselves. A definite read for beginners!

Didn’t get too far into it. Seems to be the only source with these particular chakra colors and descriptions. Tried to find another source to match, everything that came up was just a review of this book. Didn’t want to explore the rest of the base premise was faulty.

Fantastic little book on the chakra’s! I know I’ll be re-reading this often. So much valuable information in a little book. What’s in here I found to be better than some of the bigger books out there. It packs a mighty punch! Highly recommend.

Prophet and Spadaro outline the chakras with their traditional colours, however, as a yoga teacher who specializes in chakra systems I haven’t yet seen this colour system in any other literature or practice. It’s a very godly book, if you’re looking to learn about healing through the chakras I wouldn’t recommend it as some of the information is iffy. If you believe in your own god rather than a collective this is also not the book for you as they resource this type of god and connect it through different cultures. They don’t give a lot of autonomy for beliefs and practices but the read is small, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’ve already bought the book or got it as a gift.

I've had this book since Christmas. It was cheap, I had a gift certificate and I'm very much into Energy healing. I bought it as after thought.

It is amazing. The information on chakras is well written and to the point. And the lessons on love, shielding yourself and enhancing your days are a must.

Picked up this book on Tuesday, full moon, December 13th from the Cassadaga Camp Bookstore. It was a quick and helpful read. Touching on the basics of the chakras and keeping in tune mentally.
