When you look in death, you can't just forget

Auschwitz is a crime for which there is not enough punishment. Nothing can fix the harm done to all these people. Both those who survived but lost whole families, as well as those who can no longer tell their stories because they were brutally killed or died, finished with hunger and hard work.

Auschwitz was a death factory. Service to mass killing people, and according to the Germans, he is sub-human. From the beginning, the camp in Oświęcim and Brzezinka was focused on murdering the innocent.

Shocking testimony of humanity!
Each reading regarding the memories, eyewitnesses of traumatic war witnesses brings a huge emotional load. It is always just as depressing, but at the same time carrying hope and giving perspective for a better tomorrow. That we will not let such a tragedy happen again.
However, unfortunately, a man is a creature striving for self -destruction in many different ways. And unfortunately we live in a time where the war almost knocks on our door. How much more stories need to finally break this enchanted circle of cruelty in the name of a sick sense of power of one madman and his supporters.
Thanks to 𝗦𝘆𝗹𝘄𝗶𝗶 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗸 and her book I could go back to the past and feel the atmosphere of those terrifying events. Each of the "girls" experienced their personal tragedy, experienced unimaginable suffering, separation from the family and losses of loved ones.
Each of them deserves heart.
Let's save the voice from oblivion, reading their relationships, remembering and taking them as a warning.
We owe it to them. And at least we can do so much.

Wiktor E. Frankl, former prisoner of Auschwitz (number 119104) and a valued psychiatrist, in the book (which I also read "Man in search of meaning") wrote that "an abnormal response to an abnormal situation is the norm." It is impossible to disagree with this also talks about several emotional stages of the prisoner in the extermination camp. Where the second stage is emotional death, resulting from the view of absolute brutality. When he looks into the eyes of death every day, he looks at the faces of pain, emaciated and naked bodies of prisoners, these images will everyday. A kind of defense mechanism is "joined" that allows a man to survive in even the most -ous conditions. Emotional death in the camp, unfortunately, does not protect anyone from memories. These are constantly coming back. And with age more and more often, as girls from Auschwitz notice. Even the greatest future is not able to free from the dramatic past.

An innocent child by the hatred of the Germans was deprived of the possibility of living in our world. On earth, which should be free for all people, regardless of the race, nationality, ideology.

YOU ARE WARRIORS !
The author of Chapeau bass for writing this valuable book, which in my opinion should be among the compulsory reading. Photos of individual heroines enrich and allow you to establish a stronger relationship with them and their experiences. A book that reminds how important a man is and which way we should go to keep as much as possible from our humanity.
A book to which you can't go indifferently!
I highly recommend it to everyone!
