About the author

As a child, I experienced things children should never experience. So when I became an adult, I made a promise to help right the wrongs that I had experienced. I became a counselor and a foster parent taking, in boys and girls that needed a home. I started in 1995 and have helped 30+ children grow into adults. I have 3 adopted boys whom I love and cherish. In 2006 I decided to tell the world my story in hopes that more children can be helped. I hope to give them the help I never had. In 2011 Silent Victims and Untold Stories was released to the public

This Book is of a devastating story told to us in 1st person by Timmy himself as a 9 year old raised by an physically & emotionally abusive mum & neglectful father he is overlooked by his elder brother and whilst wondering his school comes face to face with a monster that changes his life forever he is swept up and groomed and manipulated in to a child porn ring by his 3rd grade teacher this book explores many sides to his life and gives us an insight in to what Timmy is feeling and how he battles his new life I highly recommend although if you struggle with this kind of story than it isn’t for you as he goes in to a lot of detail about the sexual abuse

I felt Timmy's pain and agony as far as the abuse goes. I was more fortunate than Timmy was with the men I dated as a young boy. I dated a few men, and everything we did was consensual on my behalf. If wanted to just cuddle with my adult friend that's all we did, if I wanted sex then that's what we did. I was in control. I can't imagine how scared he was as a child with all that was going on. Like me, I am surprised he lived to see 18. I don't know if that ring was ever broken up or if the men were caught.

It is a process of ever increasing tests of force to obtain cooperation and submittal. The victim child has no rights. The adults claim that they are victims of the child's imagination. Yet the scars and welts are visible outside and even deeper inside.

Great Book.

I too am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. I too was was driven to my abuser by a mother was mentally and emotionally abusive. It helps knowing that I was not the only one, that there are other survivors. My heart and praise go out to Timmy.

Hated the mother. The teacher was not right. Timmy needed help. Well, things finally ended. The book was ok, but I don't know if I would read it again.

Its first time I've read a book with child porn.Its sad that ppl use kids like this. How he dealt with all that I can't imagine. I'm glad he got help.Good book
