Sent on a mission to secure resources for their bear pack, alpha shifters Julian and Hugh are fine as long as they are together. Which they normally are. So much so, that people forget they aren't actually brothers.
Julian can't wait to get out of Mexico, but he would follow Hugh to hell and back. He's convinced he has a lead on cheap natural resources that the pack cannot pass up. They go searching for the man who can help them. The last thing either of them expects is to find their mate in the back room of a bar in Mexico.
Logan is a man who goes where the wind, and his desire, takes him. He abandoned his career as an ER doctor when one madman took away every person he cared for. Now, Logan travels the world, doing what he can to avoid relationships while never sleeping more than one night in a stranger's bed. That's okay for him since the world has so many beds.
Except, then he meets two, gorgeous men who tell him he's their mate. Everything inside of Logan tells him to run, but the bear brothers are always there to bring him back. They say they want his help, but Logan knows they want much more.
Unbearable is the third book in the Bear Brothers series. It can be read alone but would be enjoyed in order.

Another awesome entry in the Bear Brother's series! Since I read the Hybrid Shifter series that comes after this first it was awesome getting to see how Chuey came to live with the bears! This story was great, loved the dynamic between Hugh, Julian and Logan! Overall a extremelu enjoyable read!

Well, I think that this is my favorite book in the series so far! I really loved the triad here, and I thought that the emotion and connection between the three was passionate, hot and sweet, and lovely to read about. I liked Logan, his hesitancy with Julian and Hugh but his attraction to him despite his past and fear of commitment.

I did kinda feel like the mpreg part was a bit rushed (and also? ) and I wish we had gotten more time with Logan, Hugh, and Julian, as that progressed. And I wish that a bit more time was spent on Logan's past, because I felt like that was just quickly glossed over, to be honest.

Also? I am really, really interested in the panther shifter they find towards the end of the story. Logan names him Chuey, and I can't wait for his story! Tell me he gets a story! :D

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Oh Ms. Kiki, you are killing me! In a good way lol, but you're killing me! You always manage to bring in the most lovable characters, even when they are being asinine, and now you slip another little character in who has barely made a blip on the radar this book, but is about the most adorable thing ever. I want to crawl in your books and just visit with all your characters. Granted I might have to smack the crap out of Grant, lol, but I thoroughly love what you do with each book. They are fun, sexy and have little surprises that keep you coming back for more.

The bears are backs and this time we get to see into the life of Julian and Hugh. They look so much alike, people often mistake them for brothers. They couldn't be farther from the truth. They are mates and so in sync with each other, they don't often have to speak to know what the other wants, and move always in such a way, you think they choreographed it. They are on a mission for the 'camp’, when Hugh gets a smell he is overwhelmed with. He can barely contain himself as he hauls Julian outside in a fit of pure lust and need. When they enter back into the bar, there's a commotion and this time Julian catches the same scent. Their mate. Logan was a doctor but now travels where he may and helps those he can while he's there. He's in a bar’s back room with a man who needs his help, when two huge men burst into the room. Logan about loses his mind. They are a walking wet dream and he is so flustered he almost forgets what he's doing. He knows nothing can happen with these two. He can't allow himself to get close to anyone again. But maybe one night won't hurt. What he doesn't know is these two aren't going to let him run without a chase. They will do all they can to keep their mate. Whether he wants them to or not.

I don't even know where to start with this book. I adore Julian and Hugh. Even when they are being their cocky selves. They are smartasses through and through. And although they are so similar in so many ways, even down to their looks, they actually are quite different. Hugh is the more quiet one. The thinker. He has a way of analyzing everything before he jumps into something. Julian is the more spontaneous one. He would rather leap first and ask questions later most often. But both are so passionate. And there is such a loving nature underneath all the bluster of cockiness. They have soft hearts that they wear on their sleeves. They keep each other grounded when nothing else will. They are completely lost without the other. And it's a beautiful bond. When they meet Logan, they didn't even realize there was a part necessarily missing. Yes they felt that maybe there might be another for them somewhere, but because of their bond they weren't expecting it. But meeting Logan slid everything into place. Everything felt so perfect and right and both sides of their natures wanted to scream for joy. Logan, I adore because he is so compassionate himself. Even through all the hurt he has been through, even when commitment to things makes him run to the farthest corner, no matter where he is, he does all he can for people to make them better. He's so scared though. He's longed for a family. People who will love him and stay with him, not leave him in the wind and all alone. When he meets Hugh and Julian, he can't help but feel the pull of them, but everything is screaming at him to run. And he does. He's so afraid to let himself trust. He wants to though. On the journey these three have to endure, they meet another little guy that Logan is instantly drawn to. I love his compassion and heart for others. Even though we don't see much of this little guy, he has impacted me. It's obvious no one has taught him much. He doesn't speak well, often hides under things because he's so scared, but adores Logan and does all he can to protect him. Even from his mates lol! And yes it's funny. But little Chuey is a special little guy. And I immediately fell in love. Chuey doesn't have a huge part in this book, but he's important and I don't know...I have a thing for the ‘underdogs’.

I recommend for sure. There is something about Ms. Kiki’s books that I adore. The characters always have a way of warming your heart. They seep into your soul and make you love them so much. I'm so glad I got the chance to read the first book of hers, because I can't put any down since. Go read these today!!

4.5 for me, really enjoyed
I received this book by the author for an honest opinion.
This is the story of Hugh and Julian, mates and brothers though not blood related. There on a mission to secure fuel for there packs new settlement where unexpectedly they come across a tantalising smell that's their mate.
Logan does not do relationships of any kind and is instead a nomad travelling the world and using his doctor training to help others who he comes by. After a night of passion he runs but luckily after a strange negotiation lands Hugh and Julian with 2 kids to deliver to their grandparents they meet again. This is there story of their romance. I really enjoyed these characters, Hugh the stable alpha versus Julian who was more prone to quick decisions and more childish and of course Logan who was level headed. They mixed well together which I enjoyed.
Trying to convince Logan to put aside his fears to give them a chance. This story was well written and I love this author's sense of humour (naming a sexual aid Ivan the impaler😀) I would of liked more background history of Hugh and Julians history and how they became brothers/lovers.
We don't actually meet the rest of the pack to the very end of the book so I would of liked a little more how they interacted with Logan. Then theres chuey who I want to know more about so hopefully that will be in the next book but this was a good story with lovable characters that made me chuckle. Would recommend.

This is book 3 in the Bear Brothers series. Julian and Hugh are brothers in everything but blood. They are also mates. Logan is a doctor on the run.

Julian and Hugh are sent to find petroleum for their community and find their third Logan a human doctor. Logan is a man who is running from commitment. Logan feels the instant attraction for the two gorgeous Alpha bears and does what he does best, runs after one night of passion.

Julian and Hugh give chase, and find their mate but first they have to finish their mission of procuring the fuel that they need for the community first. But that comes with a price.

Unbearable is an okay book not great but good. The storyline was descent, the lite BDSM sex was great. I just didn't like how sometimes the author would refer to the two Alphas as brothers one moment then lovers and mates another. That didn't sit right with me, even though they are not brothers it was just the incest implications that didn't sit right.

Don't get me wrong I have read incest book before but it was just something about her wording I can't say what rubbed MD wrong on that aspect.

I was given an ARC for my honest opinion.

Julian and Hugh really have such a tight connection. I love when they found Logan. It's not that they were missing anything, it's that he was a bonus piece.

Absolutely not. This book was ridiculous, and I really lost it when the doctor performed a c-section on himself. Also: needed a proofreader.

This is the third book in the series - Bear Brothers and is an MMM.

Hugh and Julian are in Mexico waiting to speak to a contact about fuel for the homestead when they stumble across Logan, a doctor who is giving his assistance to locals in need of medical help. Hugh and Julian pursue Logan and convince the commitment phobic doctor that he is their mate. Add in orphaned children, a panther shifter and some questionable surgery and it all ends with a strong HFN.

The start of the book didn't seem to flow so well - maybe because I haven't read book one, so came at Hugh and Julian with no backgound. I struggled a little with the use of brother/mate in dialogue, they were not "blood" brothers, but were brought up together (shame there was no background information around this) - so as mates, it would've been clearer to leave them/call each other "mates". All three men had baggage but details were scarce, only finding out about Logan's fear of commitment in what seemed like a throwaway sentence (again, shame there was not more background information around this).

I was intrigued by the mpreg, but it seemed to lack development, including Logan's acceptance and the changes he underwent. The circumstances around and the actual birth were just unbelievable and not in a good way...I am still struggling with this whole modern medical intervention malarkey!! The whole second half of the book, the timeline seemed very sketchy and I didn't feel invested in the thruple as a unit. And the introduction of Chuey? I felt frustrated that his character was not explored a little more and confused over his relationship with Logan??

Overall, the story had potential , I felt it was a little rushed in some areas, wishing there was more detail and definitely more character background. The epilogue sets up for book four, leaving Hugh, Julian, Logan, baby and Chuey on a strong HFN.

I was gifted a copy of this book by the author for an honest review.

Boy, is there anything better than a sexy bear shifter trying to catch his mate? OH YEAH! Make that two bear shifters trying to catch their mate! This is the third book in Bear Brothers saga, and it is just as good as the first ones. Double the goodness! Hugh and Julian, alpha males, adoptive brother and mates, are in Mexico, looking for a shifty businessman who can hook up their bear colony with very needed supplies, when they discover something even far more valuable than all the supplies in the world, their fated mate. Logan is a doctor, or at least he was a doctor, who is constantly on the move and living his life out of his trailer, helping people where he can, without having to worry about pesky personal connections, but after a rather dramatic meeting, he now has two hunky, hulking, sexy domineering men chasing him and telling him he is their destined mate. Logan is snarky and smart, kind hearted and stubborn, and makes Hugh and Julian work for every inch they gain in their relationship. Hugh and Julian are so connected that they practically communicate telepathically, and as different in personalities are they are, they are always of one mind and their mind is set on Julian. The heat level in the book is solar, burn-your-skin-off hot. Their intimate scenes are sweaty, dirty fun, and I couldn't get enough of them, but it is also the tenderness in Hugh and Julian's interactions with Logan that made this novel a sweet romance. There's also the humor, so playful and characteristic of a Burrelli book. There's always a laugh out loud moment or two, like this rather piquant turn of phrase "He smelled like fresh flowers and cinnamon rolls, except, the type of cinnamon rolls Hugh wanted to sink his d.... into." I enjoyed myself thoroughly, and was so happy for the sexy bears and their fiery mate, and cannot absolutely wait for the next installment!

This is the 3rd Book in the Bear Brothers series.

Julian and Logan are bear shifters sent by their brother and pack Alpha, Roscoe in search of resources to bring back to the pack. Their mission takes them to Mexico. Julian is less than enthusiastic to be there and can't wait to get back home. The last thing Julian or Hugh expect is to find their mate in some small nothing town in Mexico.

Logan is a former ER doctor who left everything behind after a mad man with a gun took everything he ever cared about from him. Now he wanders from place to place not wanting to have any ties to anything or anybody. All that changes when he meets the two gorgeous bear shifters.

OMG I can't begin to say how much I loved this book. From the start I absolutely loved Julian and Hugh together. They grew up as brothers but aren't related by blood. They knew they were mates at an early age and from that point on they were inseparable. Logan was their perfect match. He challenged them at every turn and they loved someone who wouldn't just bow down to them, well at least until they get into the bedroom.

The big surprise for me was Julian. He seemed like a tough guy and Hugh seemed like the reasonable one. So when Logan questioned their mating it was Julian who was effected by it the most. He was so hurt by it and Hugh was the one that comforted him. I was not expecting that at all. I loved the dynamic of the triad. They complimented each other perfectly. This is what I love about shifter stories. Mates are there to be the other's perfect match. They are what the other needs to be. This is by far my favorite book in the series. I can't wait for what comes next.

Bears do it a lot more places than the woods

This was a fun and easy to read book but it did require a fair amount of suspension of disbelief.

Julian and Hugh are dual alpha mates so they know they have another mate out there. They find their third, Logan, a doctor working in Mexico as he floats around the world. But Logan stays away from all attachments, afraid to care for any other person. Julian and Hugh are determined to keep their gunshy mate and decide that a road trip to place some children who lost their mother will be the way to do it.

The sex has plenty of heat in this book. While Logan does not want attachments he has absolutely no problems with plenty of sex. All three men like to be involved in some way and there is never any lack of passion.

The story has some sweet elements as Hugh and Julian steadily make their way into Logan's heart. Logan had a major loss but has closed himself off, trying to convince himself he is happy. Julian and Hugh sometimes only use sex to show they care, but they really do try.

The suspension of disbelief often came with anything to do with the discovery of shifters. This isn't a world where people know about shifters but a fair amount of people do find out through the book. However these people are oddly always completely cool with shifters and even pregnant men existing. That was a bit weird. The truly difficult to believe part came with Logan's delivery and all he did because just, no. That's not happening.

The story did make it fairly easy to suspend disbelief most of the time, so getting past those parts I found it a very easy and hot book to read. Nice quick diversion!

I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Goodness, the level of hotness in this book was so high I was afraid I would combust just from reading it. I love a good threesome book and this one was one of my favorites.
It wasn't centered only on the romance, a fact that I love, had a great plot twist and some really funny characters. I loved seeing how the three of them interacted with each other and how they learned to be a three people couple, how they had their struggles and it wasn't all hearts and flowers because let's be real, all couples have some issues.
With each book that comes out, I fall more and more in love with this author and the writing style.
I really can't wait to see what the next bear brother will do.

Well, I'll stop reading here.

I didn't find this series that interesting but I kept on reading because it wasn't bad and the books were short but....

I already found weird that Hugh and Julian refered to each other as brothers while being lovers, but knowing they used to find a third man to share in a night out was my limit... One thing was them sharing Logan as he is both their mates but them casually having sex with other people while being lovers was weird to me... So since I'm not comfortable with reading about them I'll just stop here.

Maybe I'll read another series of this author.

A triad of stubbornness

These men are prefect for each other. Two "brothers" and their scared of commitment fiery tempered mate. Logan is human but doesn't spend more than one night in any one mans bed. Julian and Hugh have known each other forever. Can their perfectly sculpted bodies and stubbornness chip away at Logan's defenses? The answer is yes. But he doesn't go quietly. Nor would either man want him to. Loved the book. Can't wait for the next brother to find his mate

Hugh and Julian

Hugh and Julian are a nice addition to the series, as is Logan. I would have liked to see more of their history together pre-Logan, as sometimes selling a triad is difficult. I liked how the brothers were so in tune with each other and just knew what the other needed. I liked Logan’s sass, and Chuey is definitely intriguing. I want to see more of him.

Sadly, this was not of one of the best writings of Kiki.
The story line is awesome but the way it was written could be improved. A bit sad as I was truly looking forward for the "brother's" story.

But this won't stop me to read the rest of the books in the series! What happens to the Panther!! :)

Really enjoyed reading the story of Julian and Hugh the next "brothers" that aren't really brothers find their mate Logan, who is a doctor which they greatly need for their pack. Was a fun touching story of their journey to get themselves and Logan back to their pack. Really enjoying this shifter story.

Simply amazing

I think this may be my favorite bear brothers book. As always the characters were easily relatable. My favorite by far is Chuey. I hope we get to see him more as Gideon gets his mate. I'll be sad to see the series end. But can't wait to see who is next to meet.

Beautiful relationship

Logan was the best mate for Hugh and Julian! I loved that they had to work to understand their mate where it seemed like neither of them had really ever bothered before. I loved that Hugh and Julian were able to see Logan's bluster for what it was and break through his walls with the love that they felt.

Kiki Burrelli is one of my favourite authors for shifter/mpreg, however Unbearable wasn't my favourite.
I liked the characters, however I felt that the whole MPreg section of this book was a bit rushed.
I will continue to read Ms Burrelli as I do enjoy her books
