Usually I love this author, but I HATED this book.

Dell was so wonderful in the second book, but he was a bit of a letdown here. Although, not nearly as annoying as Ross the moron with a martyr complex.

The blurb is misleading. Dell doesn't know right away that she is his, and doesn't get a clue til 1/3 in.

Ross is hiding from someone from her past. Does she ask for help? Does she move on before he finds her? Does she give Dell any credence for being able to protect his pack? No, No and No again.
Predictable formulaic tripe. Ross is supposed to be a broken woman from living with an abusive man for so long, but in her dialogue with Dell she seems well aware of her shortcomings and why she made the stupid decisions she did. So I had to wonder, why she made those decisions in the first place??? It was a case of the author telling and not showing. Her character was all over the place. Everything was rushed and unsatisfying. Most disturbing was the fact that Ross's sexual reactions didn't fit with her back story.

I never warmed up to Ross and when she had her major TSTL moment, I wanted to DNF. But the author has never failed me before, so I trudged on.

I feel bad that Dell is saddled with this sad sack, walking bag of contradictions.
On top of all that, I found their romance dragged and that's why it took me so long to read it.

The best parts were Hunter's shenanigans and the side romance between Leda and Taz.
And I did like Dell even if he kinda disappointed me at the start.
Wish I had skipped this one.

Teresa Gabelman Nailed it!!
I have been reading this series since it started and LOVE IT!! I could not put it down! As soon as it was released I picked it up and didn't stop till I was done!
There was a lot going on, it was fast paced, suspenseful, humorous and really sexy scenes with Dell and Ross. Holy Hell Dell is HOT!!!
I love that this series is a crossover with her other amazing series The Protectors!
I can't wait for the next one Taz and Leda are going to be fierce!

Well this book took a surprising turn I was not expecting.

I love Teresa, she just hits it on the nail every time for me.

Dell and Roslyn did not disappoint.
The normally quiet brooding alpha finds his voice and humour in this story!. He has that badass vibe that just oozes sexy. He's a leader naturally, sweet and stern and of course he has those possessive overbearing alpha asshat traits we all love.
Roslyn, a beautiful broken soul! I cried for her, she broke my heart in that first chapter. The inner strength she has just amazes me considering the hell shes been through. She flawed, strong and sweet. So perfect for Dell.

I loved their story. It isn't all hearts and rainbows, it's gritty and raw in parts. So much so that you will feel their pain like it's your own. It has that humour that will have you laughing till you cry and the sweet that will give you a toothache.
Seamlessly written to perfection it drags you through every kind of emotion there is. The chemistry is perfect. The characters are equal parts crazy and loveable. The plot has all kinds of twists that will have you shouting in outrage. And I love that the we get to hear from characters from her protectors series in here!. The set up for the next story is already mapped out and I cannot contain my excitement for it!.

*Puuuurrrrring* Hey Dell. Where have you been all my life. Man, I was so not expecting you to knock my socks off like you did but geesh is Ross a lucky chick.

Dell is the quiet guy. The guy who you can rely on to kick some a$$ when it is needed. He is the guy you know will follow through on orders so when he is faced with this new dilemma of claiming his mate FINALLY annnnd taking on more pack responsibilities, he steps up in a BIG WAY!!

Ross has been through A LOT but we have only seen the ice burg of the horrors and abuses her step-brother Carl put her in and through. When her past comes into town and threatens her new happy life, she makes some pretty bad decisions that will hurt her, Dell and the pack in general.

Ross and Dell are one hell of a power couple. They both are pretty tough and will do a great job in the Pack leadership roles they are going to be assuming. The love and respect they both have for the other is so well written and so well appreciated by their mate. The sneak peek at the next book has me in some serious goose bumps. OMG Taz and Leeda PLUS they are in Warrior country…oh hell how long do I have to wait for this book!!!

Ross is a girl with a past, one so tragic that she would rather be gone from this Earth than put her new pack in any danger that may come.
Dell is....... Well Dell is that strong and silent male and it’s always the quiet ones that you have to watch out for and I mean that in such a delicious way.
Dell can fight the pull of Roslyn as his mate no more, especially now that he knows how much pain she is hiding. There is lots going on in this book; change for the pack, a couple coming together, a horrible past coming back, Dell kicking a$$, and Leda leaving.
I love that we get to see all of our favorite couples from the Lee County Pack. Not only that, we get to hear a glimpse of our favorite funny VC Warrior and Leda’s bestie Steve.
I also am on pins and needles to see how Leda is going to deal with who comes after her!!
I know, I know my review is so vague, but you gotta read it to find out I can’t give all of Gabelman’s secrets away!!!

Oh my. What a read. I have the biggest book hangover ever.
Ross has had a hard time of life before The Lee County Wolves.
Dell has been in denial about finding his mate
Ross has no idea that Dell is her mate yet.
However the past has a way of catching us up and that’s exactly what happens with Ross.
Read this amazing instalment of The Lee County Wolves to find out what happens
I used up every emotion you can think of whilst reading Forbidden Temptation.
Absolutely loved every word.
Can’t wait for more with Taz and Leda

Most readers of this series have been rooting for Dell to find love. He is a strong, loyal man, who we may not have wanted for the women in the other books but sincerely wanted him to find his perfect match. Ross was introduced in previous books as a newcomer to the pack. She keeps to herself mostly and her vulnerability is forefront in this book. Prior trauma has affected her deeply and her desire to protect her new pack is in the forefront. Dell may not have been able to protect his new mate from her demons (mostly because she hasn’t learned to trust yet) but certainly avenges her. The friendships in this series are formed of respect and enhanced with humor which make them fun to read. Leda was featured often in this book and I look forward to her story.

My respect for the Lee County Wolves continues to grow. They don't turn their backs on their friends. The number one priority is the safety of others. Ross will definitely need their help if she remembers to ask for it. And if she doesn't she better hope that they discover her situation.

Lots of great romance between Dell and Ross make this thriller a great read. The other pack gave me the hibbie gibies. They made my skin crawl.

Dell and Ross's story had me with many emotion, I could not stop reading I love the Lee County Wolves series but this one has become my favorite. You will laugh, cry and become angry but most of all you will love this story...A definite MUST READ

I think this is the best so far in this series. The heat between these two is off the charts. Lots of chemistry,funny moments,crazy shifter alpha causing trouble. Love that the Proctors criss cross in this series. Best if read in order.

Love this series!

This is another awesome book in the Lee County Wolves Series. Been waiting for Dell to get his book, and Teresa Gabelman did not disappoint. The storyline flows and keeps you pulled in. Can't wait for the next book!

Finally! Fans of the Lee county wolves have been waiting for this book for what feels like ages! And it was totally worth it! This book was exactly what Teresa Gabelman is known for. Funny moments to make you laugh out loud, nail-biting drama, sweet and saucy heroines, and super hot heroes. A must read for anyone who is a fan of Teresa Gabelman. If you have never read her you should definitely start! The Protectors and the Lee county wolves are two of the best series I have ever read. So if you enjoy books that make you laugh, make you cry, and make you scream at your e-reader because you connect with the characters, Teresa Gabelman is a GREAT place to start!

Dell is a man who doesn't ask, he takes, “I’m going to kiss you now. I’m not asking permission, just warning you.” The thoughts Ross had were amusing, "...just, wow and maybe another holy * ***. He was big, but… it… was very nice looking. It was actually pretty. Okay, maybe pretty didn’t fit with Dell’s ***k, but that was the only word she had." I liked this book, and am so eager for the next one.

Never Dusappointed

I'm never disappointed with any of Teresa Gableman's books, and Dell is no exception. Loved his and Roslyn's story. I'm already looking forward to the next book about Taz and Leda. Hopefully there will also be some VC Warriors showing up to help Taz find Leda. Keep them coming Teresa!

Lee County Wolves are Rockin it

This 4th book is Dell & Roslyn’s story... as much as I’d liked to have more background on Dell, this did give us more on Roslyn since she came into town. Great choice having Dell take over for Garrett...we knew from Marcus’ book that a change was coming.
I really loved seeing a softer side of Dell as well as his kick ass and take names later style😍and hopefully going forward we’ll learn a few more secrets....Next Taz & Leda....Wow

Awesome read

The first chapter of this book was so powerful. Incredible storyline will have anyone reading this not putting it down until every word is devoured. Dell's & Roslyn's story is amazing, the emotional feels are just WOW. And there is always Hunter's comic relief that lets you know all will be alright in Lee County. Highly recommend this book series.
