If you’re already familiar with the concept of minimalism, this book provides nothing you don’t know already, or you wouldn’t find in a Pinterest post. Sadly, it's a bit superficial, and slightly repetitive.
This book reminded me of things I knew but had forgotten. Also it caught my attention when it mentioned being a minimalist with your food. As in purchasing and eating whole nutrient rich food.
A really inspiering and helpful book for everyone who wants to be a Minimalist or is already becoming one. I wished that there were more details at some ponints but I loved her writing style and the Content!
