Dr. Nyland gives new meaning to some of the words in the New Testament. She studies how Koine Greek used in the time and applies it to the writings of the New Testament. Many of the words and sentence structure, do not mean what you think.

Using the text for translation purposes for Master's work. It's very helpful.

This is an excellent translation by Dr Ann Nyland. A refreshing way to explore the New Testament. The notes are extensive with excellent explanation of meanings and usage.

Dr. Nyland has a Unique Way Of translating the New Testament. She studies Greek documents and other writings of that time and provides a fresh new insight into just exactly how those words should be translated. It is an unbiased translation, rather than one that is affected by someone who thinks it should be translated that away. I highly recommend this, if you want to get the flavor of what those words mean as they were written in that time, in Koine Greek.
