Meredith Holley is a lawyer, certified life coach, and bestselling author. She helps employees stop toxic work environments and sexual harassment without losing their jobs.

Early in her legal career, Meredith had her dream job representing women in sexual harassment lawsuits, but the problem was that she was being sexually harassed at the same time. She learned first-hand how hard it is to navigate the legal system and stop harassment if you want to keep your job. She researched everything she could though, and finally found tools that worked, that she teaches to her clients now. Her harasser apologized, changed his behavior, and they worked together successfully for years after.

Meredith founded Eris Conflict Resolution to help other employees do the same and to help good businesses create healthy workplace cultures.

I couldn’t put this book down for many reasons. It’s a “light read” and written so that it is easy to understand. I highly recommend giving this book to anyone who is experiencing harassment, discrimination or bullying at work due to sexism. They will immediately feel understood and not to helpless or stuck. I underlined a lot in this book which means I’m keeping my copy and you can’t borrow it. LOL.
