I’m on the fence for this one. Note: I passed the CCSP first time around, using only this book and the official study guide. I do hold a CISSP too.

Why 4 stars?
Some good knowledge in the questions, that go beyond the study guide. It allows allows for proper exam training, insofar that you can time yourself. I learned a lot, though I have to say I found some answers… well, a bit debatable. But answering multiple choice is a binary thing. And I have to say: that is the way ISC2 expects you to be answer - from a European point of view: VERY US centric.
I must say I disagree with the typos mentioned in other remarks - maybe I missed them, maybe I have a newer edition, but I didn’t have many staring me in the eye.

What is not so good?
Having passed the exam, I feel this book does not prepare you properly. The exam was MUCH harder. I got 150 questions, ran through it in roughly 2.5h. Note, though: ISC2 uses an adaptive engine during the exam and might also provide you with test questions - it might just be that I got a tough bunch of questions. I would argue, though, that thorough cloud AND IT knowledge is necessary to pass this exam. If you do not have 5+ years of experience in both, it’s not impossible but you will have a hard time passing.

Several typos. In some cases the answer descriptions did not line up to the associated letter. Language was in general very clunky -- even accounting for the typical trickiness of how CISSP/CSSP/etc questions are worded. Thought the CISSP Practice Tests had better quality control & editing than this one.

Good book for review, but too many wrong letter answers in the answer key.
