Somewhat superficial but entertaining walk down memory lane. This was written from a British perspective, so not everything here applies to my own experience, but enough of it was universally relatable to keep me sufficiently amused.
This brought back my childhood memories but there's one show the author forgot to mention which was "Don't Try This At Home" hosted by Davina McCall. The 1990s feels like a lifetime ago instead of 32 years ago.It was a much better decade because you didn't have smartphones, people spoke face to face and children played outside. If I could time travel back to the 1990s I would definitely go back there.
An otherwise good book, but I can’t give you five stars because you didn’t mention the Treble! How can you write a book about the 1990s and not mention the 1998-99 season in your sports section? The greatest season in the entire history of football! How can you fail to mention Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scoring in stoppage time in the Nou Camp to ensure United completed the Treble of Premier League title, FA Cup and European Cup?!

As a 33 year old I found this book a humorous visit down memory lane and enjoyed the authors pride for the decade we grew up in.Lots of Long forgotten tv shows and toys mentioned.
