Oohhhhhhh things are heating up in this one. Sage and Maelíosa woohooo are mated and wow does the chemistry flare with these two. What started off at helping Sage and Carina has turned into a hell of a hotness more. And Sage? Didn't expect to feel so much for Maelíosa and wondering why she agreed to do it. But these two are so meant to be and both he and Carina are where they are meant to be.
All happy? Every enjoying life? Yes. Well until Nathan decides he isn't finished with then and takes his hate one step further.
Omg can this get addictive. I absolutely love how cute and hot Sage and Maelíosa are. But then Nathan goes and ruins the happiness Ahhhh horrid little man. Well the next book should be interesting and I can't wait to see if Nathan gets what's coming to him in the next one. And those stupid Only Human people.

SAGE AND MAELIOSA PLUS CYN GETS AN OPPORTUNITY. 3.5 stars. Please note that each of the episodes are short quick reads. Definitely for 18+ due to sexual situations. Very hot and steamy. Not be read as a standalone as it ends in a cliffhanger. Read each individual episode in order.

In this book of The Puca Mate series Maeliosa and the Navy Seal Sage and his daughter have come to the realm to live because he and Meliosa have decided to marry he has cancer and she is sure that the doctor will help him when they get there they get married and right after the celebration Cyn and Fallon have special news and she goes back to London to meet her agent she gets a call from Nathan who claims that he sorry for what he has done by exposing to Puca to the world and and wants to meet her at their favorite restaurant she agrees and before she gets there she is kidnapped and they call Fallon and he is to come alone if he wants to see his wife again. This is a suspense romance. I received a copy of this book for an honest review I have provided.

Cyn goes to London for a meeting with her agent. After her meeting, she is supposed to meet with Nathan so he can apologize to her. But that’s not what ends up happening.
Nathan has joined up with OH (Only Human), and they have their own agenda that doesn’t care what Nathan wants.
Action and adventure in this well written segment.

The story of the puca shape shifter clan continues I really love the characters and the storyline. The shifters just want to live their lives and there are forces that want to take their happiness away. Family is a large part of this series and they all would do anything for each other. This story just show the wonderful writing and imagination that goes into this series. I received a copy of this book and I voluntarily reviewed it.

While things are looking better for Sage, Cyn runs into trouble. This episode truly keeps you in suspense! After a short reprieve, this write wasted no time keeping your heart racing! Get ready for feeling quite angry towards Cyn's attacker! Of course another cliffhanger but this storyline will keep you faithful. This voluntary review is based against an advance copy.

I thought this episode would be more centered around Sage and Maeliosa however it seems by now the entire clan is involved in the series. This doesn't mean Sage and Maeliosa aren't more the focus than the other and I think this season the both of them will come out heroes.

Maeliosa makes her leap of faith for Sage. It was good to see Maeliosa happy and not cynical anymore. She really had made a turn around. Sage is so much more for her. He has a lot to be revealed. I loved him as a match for Maeliosa. They are quick to establish their bond. At the same time Cyn finds out the danger she is in from Nathan and his new friends. The suspense and danger is heightened as we have to wait with Fallon and feel his anger and fear. Cyn is strong but she's only human. The emotions were quite worked up in this story.

This book was great! I would have given it five stars, but I felt it was a bit too rushed and the characters were not completely fleshed out (no pun intended). The action and the drama are more in this book and I love the idea of suspenseful action and betrayal. All of these are good for a book. I love the turn around, but I feel Maeliosa converted from anti-marriage to jump into marriage a bit too fast and that needed a bit more time to see the two characters get to know each other.
There is a lot of "Whoa!" and "AWE!" and "DAMN".. Which I like. It just moves really fast and if you like a detailed plot, this may not be the best book for you.

It was nice to feel desired, 5 GOLD MATES
especially by Sage. He was a real ride, all right. her mare was pawing to the surface, eager for him to ride her in the most undignified way possible. HOLY SHITE! "Only Human" indeed! More like "Only Human Brainless Eejits"!! What a PUCALICIOUSLY frustrating, nail-biting non-ending!! But how about the MATERRIFIC part with Maelíosa & Sage! If only they had more thyme! And rosemary! Okay, okay, lame joke, but trust me! There is nothing – ABSO- BLOODY-LUTELY NOTHING - lame about this story! In fact, I found myself grinning ear to ear with Maelíosa, as if I was the one who just had her mating ceremony & just shagged her mate, consummating it & MARE-ING their hearts & lives together forever & ever! I actually even cried I was so happy! Who'd a thunk I would be THAT into Maelíosa & her story!? But Sage is such an amazing guy I couldn't have asked for anyone more perfect! Ummmmm... I mean Sage is the perfect guy for Maeliosa! Although with A.C.'s PHENOMENEIGH talent, it is hard to separate myself from it all, to tell where I leave off and the characters begin and vice versa! The well-developed characters, lush storylines, rich details, all interweave seamlessly together, adding even more depth to the story, drawing you in, ensuring you see, feel, experience, LIVE the story to its fullest from the beginning all the way through to the Happily Ever After Furry Tail conclusion! And for the record, even though I am not a fan of these serials - okay, I detest them! A.C. James knows exactly what to do to not only ensure the story is worth the wait, but that I will love every single second of it! Pardon me, but I need to finish filling out my application and get it back to The Stables ASAP!

Sage was incredulous – he could not believe that Maeliosa was offering to be his mate so he could bypass the normal lengthy waiting period. With his health deteriorating so rapidly, he could not refuse her offer. He just didn’t have enough time left to ensure his young daughter’s future.
Meanwhile, Nathan has been taken by the Only Human group. The Master of the group wanted to find out from Nathan how to get across the Veil to the Chieftan mentioned in Nathan’s book. Seeing this as his chance for revenge, Nathan readily agreed to help them, figuring this could be a way to get Cyn back with her mate destroyed.
Tricking Cyn into meeting at her favorite restaurant so he could apologize for all that he had done, Nathan and the Only Human thugs waited in secret for her. They grabbed her and threw her in a van. How would Cyn escape? Would they find out she was pregnant and kill her and the child? Would Fallon be killed in the trap they were setting as he was trying to rescue her?
As always, this is a wonderful story! I love the Pucas so much! Each family member is so well characterized that the reader feels like they are old friends. Each part of the series is suspenseful and keeps the reader eagerly trying to find out what happens next. I highly recommend this wonderful book! I eagerly await the next installment!

This is defiantly a book I would not recommend for a standalone. I think to help you get a better understanding of what is going on you truly need to start from the beginning, but trust me when I say you will not be disappoint for A.C. does an amazing job.
Truly awesome. I know that Maeliosa had to be nervous. Not only was she mating to Sage but she was becoming a stepmom. Her father must of been proud. Here was his daughter who he thought would never take a mate settling down. All seemed all was right in the world.
That is the thing about life when we think things are going so right life will give us a curve ball. There will be something bad that happens and Fallon will have a lot to deal with. Cyn will feel a little, okay a lot betrayed. Danger is just around the corner.

Sage is a human male dieing of cancer his one chance for his daughter to have a mother and for him to have a chance at recovery is to mate with a puma female. The problem was he would be dead for his turn on the wait list and what women wanted a male that was sickly and could die on her?
Maeliosa is willing to try for Carina, Sage's little girl who reminded her so much of herself and no one has interested her as much as Sage does.
So now they are in the Realm.
Cynthia or Cyn who us now queen of the Realm is crossing over the to the human realm to meet with her agent Patrick to hear his good news but danger strikes. Who will be able to save her now?
This is a great storyline. I love the action and drama the author adds to it. The characters are fantastic but picking up the British slang can be a little confusing yet fun. Gives you a sense of being there.
A little warning with theses book there short and they build on each other. They must be read in order and there are cliffhangers. If that not something your ok with just wait until the end and get this awesome story at one time. You will not be disappointed.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This story goes more into the repercussions of Nathan’s drunken outing of the Púca. As the result of this, a hate group called Only Human has sprung up with the goal of harming or destroying the Púca and the Realm that this live on since they know that they veil between the two worlds are thinning. Nathan still has his unhealthy obsession with Cyn and vacillates between guilt, anger, jealousy, and fixation. I liked his character in the beginning, but now, I just hope that something bad happens to his character

The Ride series continues with episode 10.
In this episode we continue Mealiosa and Sages' story. We are witness to their mating ritual that was very sweet. After the bonfire with the clan they're finally able to consummate their mating. Sage is a man who knows how to please and Maeliosa was pliable and eager to experience the man she just mated.
Cyn and Fallon make an announcement at the bonfire that has the clan overjoyed.
But when Cyn goes to London to see her agent about a job things take a turn for the worse.
I loved this episode and can't wait to read the next. I REALLY have to know what happens next

I really enjoy how the books flow so well with each other. The continued story with Maeliosa (puca) & Sage (human) shows the wedding and as they get to know each other. Sage and his daughter connects so seamlessly it's like they should have always been there. Meanwhile evil people are trying to destroy the all from beyond the veil. The characters that you read from the other books are intwined so it makes the story richer. The ending (well of this book), will have you at the end of your seat. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

Maeliosa never thought she would mate and even though her first reasoning in mating Sage was to help him and his daughter, she finds herself wanting more than just appearances, with scares the hell out of her! On the heels of Maeliosa’s mating ceremony Cyn gets good news, only to have Nathan and his new buddies intervene. Love this series, Sage and Maeliosa have awesome chemistry and Fallon and Cyn have a little surprise of their own!

Another good continuation to the Ride series. There was humour, intense and emotional moments. I love getting to know Sage and Maeliosa together and all the other characters that make an appearance, including a fun character that I love by the name of Kieran. He’s just one of those characters that are easy to love and joke with. An intense ending to this book, excited to see what happens next!

Sage was accepted into the Stable dating system to find a mate. I do not think he was expecting it to be Maelíosa to step up so fast to be his mate. There is turmoil brewing in the realm from that pesky little reporter that was friends with Felicity and Cyns SO called friend Nathan. Cyn is kidnapped, but what happens next, oh I can not tell you, you really have to read this to find out, because I never spoil a great read :-)

Things are heating up quite nicely in the this episode of the Ride series - romantically and action wise. Nathan has decided to team up with the O.H. to get the justice he thinks is fair; which spells trouble for Fallon and Cyn. But most importantly, Maleiosa and Sage go through with the mating ceremony - sexy times ahead! LOL... ready for the next episode!

This part of the story starts happy with the mating of Maeliosa and Sage and a hot night following that. Pfff a really hot night.
But the second half is darker, because after the happy news from Cyn about her staring in a film she is kidnapped by her evil ex Nathan and the evil group only human.
Can't wait to read more to find out what is going to happen next . Poor Cyn and poor Fallon

I have really enjoyed the series. Each of these books in the series is a short read and continues the story. The end on a cliff-hanger leaving you eager for the next release.
You have to read them in order to follow along. You get updates on the other characters too which is always fun. I really like seeing Maeliosa and Sage continue to get closer. They make a great couple.

Can you say ; OMG !!! AC James this is the best arc of the story so far and you left it with a huge cliffhanger !! I'm in a lot ve you /hate you mood right now !! This is a must read series and i suggest you read them in order and fast to get to this part of the series !!! I can't wait for part 11 !! 4.5 ⭐️'s !! I recommend this series to any lover of paranormal romance . I recieved a gifted copy and am voluntarily choosing to leave an honest and unbiased review.

The next installment of the ride series just got better. I was unable to put the book down one I started it and the author sure knows how to tell a story and leave you hanging. The cliff hanger left me wanting more and I cannot wait until the next part come out. I voluntarily read this advanced copy.
