For as long as she can remember, Jessica L. Elliott has been telling stories. As soon as she could grasp a pencil she began writing those stories down. Reading fueled her imagination, as did spending time with her five younger brothers and sisters. Everything was an adventure, something to be treasured and stories were her first love. Jessica began seriously writing in high school and continued into college while attending Emporia State University where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She wrote and released her first novel, Charming Academy, in August of 2011. Jessica currently lives in southwest Kansas with her husband and family.

Operation: Romance is one of the sweetest romantic books I’ve read. Jessica Elliott has such a sweet voice and her characters wrapped around your heart.
When Stacie decides to play matchmaker for her mom, she’s approached by the hottest football player in school!! Johnny is wanting to set his football coach up on a date. So together they devise a scheme.
The bets are on, if they win Stacie will go to the prom with Johnny, but if they fail, the cheerleaders get to dress the football team up as cheerleaders.
This is a funny, uplifting book, it will leave you smiling long after the last page is finished.

Beautifully Written Book

(Note: This review does not spoil)
I loved this book! As a teenager, I really struggle with finding clean romances to read, but Jessica L. Elliott didn't let me down! Nor has she ever.

I loved this book because it was sweet romance, with good banter. It's something safe any teenager could read, and it will bring a smile to your face. You'd love this book!

So sweet

This is a cute book with the happily ever after that you want. Stacie wants her mom to be happy and the football players want their coach to have something outside of practice. Stacie’s Mom just can’t resist the sweet and shy coach and after her divorce Shawn is exactly what she needs and deserves.
