AJ grew up in Perth, Western Australia. She is the third of six children and her first exposure to romance was her parents. Now married for almost 55 years, they have always been her example when working on her own marriage and parenting skills.
Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters and Georgette Heyer, were the writers she grew to love in adolescence and still loves now. Her list of favorite authors now has grown to include, not only historical but also contemporary authors as well. Sadly, she doesn’t have as much time to indulge in novels as much as she would like. Her family and now writing her own novels, keeps her very busy, but you will always find a book on her nightstand.
Other hobbies include cooking, one her favorite television shows is The Next Iron Chef on Food Network, and traveling, the UK and the Caribbean her favorite places to visit.
She and her husband of 28 years, reside on the west coast of the USA and have two grown children, making them empty-nesters, and recently adopted a rescued puppy, Max, from the local humane society.

This is a short story that does not have an ending. It's not so much a cliffhanger, just that it basically ends at the end of a day. (Which means you have to wait for Volume Two to continue the story.) But it does end in a way, that if you don't want to know more, you aren't really left hanging. It is all about the Protagonist's sexual experiences. It follows her as she hunts for the man who is F*ck Worthy. She doesn't want a relationship. She wants someone who will fulfill her needs and move on. She had a f*ck buddy for a while and no one since has lived up to her standards. Oftentimes she's had to finish on her own with her 'toys.' Although the book is about this women finding herself someone to bring to bed, it's not all that graphic (not as you'd expect from an erotica read anyways.) Oh the sex is there, but it's just a basic picture painted when she goes on to describe the scene. I for one, am perfectly fine with this, but if you are looking for a more detailed experience, you might not enjoy this as much. It reads quickly and easily. It is well written, strictly from the Protagonist's POV. I'm sure I don't have to mention it, but due to the sexual nature, this is recommended for mature readers.

"Have you ever walked into a bar, scanned the crowd for a man who looked fuck-worthy and went for it?
Me either, but there's a first time for everything...and everyone."

This is my first read by AJ Harmon... and I didn't love it, but I also didn't hate it either. I read the synopsis and I thought that this book sounded like a flirty fun read about a independent woman on her quest to find satisfaction between the sheets. It was.

Jill is successful and her early thirties. She is single and very much ready to mingle-without the awkward morning after's. She knows what she wants and goes after it, or them. (Go Jill!) but this is where it ends for me. I just found the story line flat. Every "conquest" Jill brought home I found myself rooting them secretly hoping they have the voodoo penis that Jill needed... Spoiler Alert it didn't happen. Fingers crossed in Volume 2 Jill finds her magical dong.

As this is Volume 1 in this series. It's short story that as soon as it gets going it ends. A snapshot in time in the life of Jill

I was contenplating the 3 vs. 4 stars and decided to go with the 4 stars as how short the story, AJ Harmon was able to grab my attention so quickly with her words.

Jill is a no fuss kind of girl. One night stands is what she lives for and she is ok with it. If men can do it so can women. She likes to be in control and walks into the bar and picks her man for the night. And that is what the first part of the story is. Hopefully in book 2 we get to see more of what will happen.

This is the first of a serial story of Jill, who's all about work, her own pleasure and no commitments. Very similar to how some men look at life. I think this will be a fun read to see how Jill handles her heart if it ever does fall and develop feelings for someone. This first part really isn't a cliffhanger, so I'm not sure what direction the author is taking just hoping Jill falls hard. Looking forward to more of Jill and her adventures!

This was a very short erotica read that was hilarious. Jill is a woman doing what men have done for years and having no shame or regret about it. This was an exciting, funny and definitely entertaining read and I enjoyed every minute of it. I can't wait to read the next volume. I could definitely read more stories with women like Jill. I do wish it was longer.

Fun quick and entertaining read. Who hasn’t wanted just a f*ck buddy. Someone to take and give pleasure with no expectations. Why is that so hard for Jill to find? This is only volume one but I am highly anticipating volume two.

"F*kworthy, Volume 1" is a very short piece of smut with no redeeming qualities.
Jill is a young woman who likes sex and gets it regularly, mostly courtesy of her local bar.
That's the sum total of it.
A complete waste of space and time.

This is my first time to read anything by this author. This was a good short story. Like how the author used a female as the main character. Like reading about Jill's sexcapades.

Hot!!!

This was a fast erotic romp in the sac... no really! It was all about the double standard.
Women can also have one night stands as much as men and this chick is proof!

Very short read.
I was super excited to read this book. It's a catchy title and the cover is hot. Sadly, the story did not live up to my expectations. I won't be continuing on with the series.

Fun, quick read. I love that Jill knows what she wants and feels no shame for not subscribing to society’s expectations for women. It’s refreshing to see a female character who owns her sexuality in a way that’s usually reserved for men. I’m excited to see where the story goes next.

This book had some humor and some hot parts. It’s about Jill and her adventures in trying to find a man to be with, without having a meaningful relationship. It not to long of a book, I read it in probably an hour. I received an advanced reader copy for an honest review.
