What It Means To Pray Through

Rate this book
Although little is known about Elizabeth Dabney’s youth, she often said she learned the value of prayer from her mother, who always kept a family altar in their home. Mother Dabney sat down and documented for the world, her detailed thoughts and experiences about really living a life devoted to prayer and what the resulting effects would be to personal ministry.

Prayer is essential!

This book is for everyone but especially to people who have lost sight of the power of God and how He can change lives! Not only change them but change lives for the better.

Only One Regret

This book is a must read for Christians who desire to see God at work in others’ lives. My only regret is that I didn’t read this earlier in my Christian walk. It has provoked me to desire to pay the price to see people’s lives changed everywhere.

This book is such an encouragement to pray and really develop a real relationship with God. It reveals the power of prayer and reminds us that we too have the keys to the kingdom.

Great reading and insight into how the Power of God can be displayed through us when we fully surrender all of our life to Him.

The best book on prayer!

This is indeed the best book that I have ever read on prayer. It doesn’t give the how too. However, it inspired me to want to pray for all people everywhere!

Finished reading this for missionary training institute!! Summaries are written and will be typed tonight for class tomorrow. This is a great read about Mother Dabney's call to prayer!! How she made a covenant with God and kept it. It has testimony after testimony of how God manifested himself in her life as well as those she prayed for and joined in the prayer ministry!! It's an easy read!!
