A decent read for people beginning their fitness journey, especially who are looking towards CrossFit. If you're have been working out for a while now, know the basics of diet and nutrition, the information might seem repetitive. The nutrition part of the book was great and gives some very practical advice than throwing in generic "eat this not that".
A practical guide to workout and be fit. Apart from only doing physical exercises, the book emphasize the importance of mental health, diet and nutrition.
Concise and informative. Best thing about this one is the workout charts at the end of the book. 60 days for beginners and 45 days for advanced. Really helpful for not just gym enthusiasts but those who are serious about fitness and Crossfit workouts.
