Good, easy to read book. Read it over the flight. Really inspiring. Trying to follow the list of workouts mentioned in the end.

A decent read for people beginning their fitness journey, especially who are looking towards CrossFit. If you're have been working out for a while now, know the basics of diet and nutrition, the information might seem repetitive. The nutrition part of the book was great and gives some very practical advice than throwing in generic "eat this not that".
