Her office has nine-foot ceilings, a fireplace, a television and built-in bookcases that will house approximately 3,500 paperback books.

Whirlpool by Cherry Adair
An exhilarating adventure read. Romantic suspense. Part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Compelling (I stayed up way into the middle of the night to finish it) and entertaining.
I needed to read this one with a dictionary, which actually made reading this from an ecopy fun. I learned things!
This is the third book to bring the two families together. There is quite a bit of interaction with couples from prior books. Those personalities and backgrounds are lightly touched on but deftly so it doesn’t overwhelm the storyline. As a long time reader of this author, it was exciting having TFLAC make an appearance from a prior series.
Overall, an awesome read.

Cutter Cay is back...Whirlpool is #6 and it is a Whirlpool of action and adventure! And guess who the wind blows in? The SeaWitch...up close and personal. Finn comes across the redheaded beauty Persephone(Peri) and all else falls to the side. Right for the get go, Finn and Peri can't keep their hands to themselves! Hot and steamy! Lots of passion and wild monkey sex!
But Peri has secrets..big secrets and also treasure from deep in the ocean that has imminent danger for the world and that will bring the Cutters and Sea Witch together for the side of good!
I loved how the action made my heart race and what surprises came together and made this read one of the best I've read this year.

This is part of the Cutter Cay series. I have been waiting so long for this book. Now we finally find out who the Sea Witch really is! Finn wants to see the Mystical Treasures from the Sea exhibit but there’s already someone there. The mysterious woman at the exhibit has him intrigued. There’s chemistry between them as they head off into the night. But she disappears after spending the weekend with him. The only name he has is Persephone. Then she reappears at a party with a different name and she’s also the Cutter’s liaison with the Department of Antiquities. Wow! As usual in Cherry Adair’s books, we have so much going on. It’s fast paced with intrigue, mysteries, suspense and wild monkey sex. You definitely aren’t bored when reading this book. There may even be a world ending bang at the end. I was so excited to see this book because the mystery of the Sea Witch has intrigued all of us who have read this series from the beginning. We aren’t let down at all with the things happening in this book. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I rec'd an ARC of this book for a review. This was the Cutter Cay book that I have been waiting for!!!! Who is the Sea Witch and WHY has she been dogging the Cutters???? Persephone and Finn strike sparks off each other immediately; you can tell they are meant for each other, but of course its not clear sailing! Lots of treasure hunting, Cutter brothers, hot sex and even an ancient prophecy to keep things hopping!

This book was amazing! Cherry never fails to deliver a great read. I feel like I've been waiting forever to find out who the Sea Bitch is. The end of the book had me sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to find out what would happen. This is definitely one I would read over and over again!

Persephone "Peri" Case" had been stealing from the Cutters ' salvages for quite some time. They had caused her brother Ryland nothing but problems, and for no reason. It was the least she could do. But Ry would be mad if he found out. What she hadn't counted on was the Cutters claiming the 3 extra wrecks she has discovered with the NAPOLITANO. She couldn't afford to claim all 4, so had to choose only 1. Then to find her hunky one night stand Leo also a friend of the Cutters, and diving one of the wrecks! Peri is working for the Ministry of Antiquities of the Argentinian government, under Dr. Theo Nunez. She is assigned to observe and keep track of items brought up from the 4 wrecks, so Ryland is diving the NAPOLITANO for her, while she stays on Finn's Blackstar. Finn has recovered a tile, gold, about 20 lbs. Peri, or Ariel as Finn knows her wants a closer look, because she has one from the NAPOLITANO just like it at her house in Patagonia. Another tablet is in a museum in Bria, Nick's wife's, country of Merrezo, and it arrives at Blackstar in the hands of Curator Ale Vadini. After diving on Logan's wreck, Finn & Ariel find a 4th tablet. According to Vadini & Nunez, the tablets have ancient text, and tell of bad things to come. But the 2 disagree on exactly what. At this point Peri ( Finn knows her real name) is kidnapped, there is gunfighting, one Curator is a good guy, one a bad guy, and Finn & Ryland, and the Cutters are all in the middle trying to get Peri back. There is an Asteroid headed for earth! Did I mention a 5th tile? And Peri has a secret! This was an awesome book. Like all of Cherry's. Read it, you'll agree!

Cherry Adair does it again! She has added another fantastic storyline to the Cutter Cay Series with Whirlpool (Book 6). It has everything you want in a story, mystery, intrigue, familiar characters, exotic locations, treasure, and lead characters who make the pages sizzle with heat and excitement!
If you are new to the series, what a great way to start! If you are following the Cutter Cay Series, you are in for a treat!
Finally, we get to read about The Redheaded Sea Witch (Persephone) along with why she was always antagonizing the Cutters on their finds beneath the deep seas. Persephone finally is able to pursue her own dream in salvaging a find that she spent years searching for only to find out that a man (Finn) who she had a “wild weekend” with was the main financial backer of the brother’s project. Lies, misdirection, miscommunication, and an unforeseen attack from a secret society bent on recovering the artifacts that were discovered by Persephone and the Cutters created a whirlpool of events that leads to Persephone and Finn to discover what is truly “priceless” in life.

I wish I could stay in this action filled, treasure hunting, diving world forever. Alas this is the last book in the series which means this world has come to an end and I need to find someone else who writes books about diving treasure salvagers.
Our hero and heroine meet by chance and have a hot and heavy weekend-long stand where no real names and no way of contact can be made. A week later our billionaire inventor hero catches sight of our treasure hunting heroine while on a monumental dive where old tablets are found on separate ship wreckages. Of course these can’t be any old tablets but ones that spell out the end of days (that comes along with cult fanatics natch). Action, adventure, romance and doomsday all follow.
I enjoyed this book but I wish there was more diving and treasure discovering (I am what I am and I’m obsessed with treasure) which happened quite early on then the rest mainly dealt with the end of days prophesy (which I didn’t mind because I totally love an end of Days prophesy). The relationship between the MCs felt a little rushed and forced but I was mainly there for the story around it anyway.

The last book in this series tied up all the loose ends. Persephone Case is actually the Sea Witch from the first book in this series. As well as the sister of the Cutter brothers enemy, Rydell Case.
Persephone finds four shipwrecks off South America. Without the equipment, means or money she only files for one and her enemies (??) the Cutter’s sweep in for the other three. Peri, has a one night stand w Finn, who is bank rolling the Cutter’s.
Great drama, a few secrets, hate, truths that are revealed and a far fetched story of the treasure but worth it in this final book of the series. The last chapter of everyone’s HEA is the best.
I recommend reading all books in close to order. You learn about each of the Cutter men and the Case siblings whose fathers where original savage partners.

Cherry Adair brings us back to the world of Cutter Cay in the highly anticipated Whirlpool. If you’ve been curious about the redhead aboard the Sea Witch who has been causing trouble for the Cutters be ready to have all your questions answered. Whirlpool exceeded all my expectations for Persephone’s (the redhead) story. It had surprises I wasn’t expecting and even made me tear up at certain parts. It was definitely worth the wait.

I really enjoy the Cutter Cay series. I think it's the tropical locations.
