Hr Insaan ko zindagi k Kisi na Kisi mor pr ik mahir ki zarurat prti he, jo Uski nafsiyat ko smj Kr Usy bhtreen mashwara de, wo koi kitaab, shaks ya phir wo Insaan khud bhi ho skta he. Cabir Chaudry ki tehreeren aam logo k khayalat aur Jazbat ki akasi krti hen. Ye kitaab sirf "Mahir Nafsiyat" ki dairy he.
I've always found myself connected to Cabir's words. His first book was mind blowing and this one as well, is a fantastic read. It's more like he takes all my burried thoughts and splash them on the paper. The thoughts that I no longer remember but are still hidden somewhere in my mind.
I love how short chapters are. No matter how fat the book is, but shortness of chapters is really nice.
Love Analysis is something I would never really care for, under normal circumstances but since I loved his first book I had to give it as short as well. Every word was meaningful and amazing.
I would say, people of every age should read this book.
The only thing weird or funny in the book was when he mentioned in a chapter that the things he told to his patient are highly confidential and hence he can't right them here. I mean... He has mentioned plenty of things already so why not that :))
But anyways, that doesn't really mean that the rest of the book is devalued.
My dear, I want to change the world with the right words. I want to confess my love to you with the right words. I want to nurture a life with the right words. I have the right ideas, but my words are too… complicated. I need to simplify them, so that people won’t get lost in the dark when they see and hear them. I want them to shine like beacons of light in a world of overly complicated darkness.
One day I will find the right words, and they will be simple.
qoute by Jean-Louis “Jack” Kerouac
Throughout reading this book I was confused that whether I should like this book or not. Few lines are deep and damn relatable and meaningful while few lines are dull, with improper ends and much predictability. After progressing through this book, I felt like, I can be a Mahir-e-nafsiyat as well. That was pretty much satisfying 🤣
This was my second book of @cabirchaudhary and comparatively "Abnormal ki Diary" was much better than this one but still there is alot to learn from this book. Relatibility in books attract me much and this one has it that's why it is recommended too. Besides beginners are going to love it.
Is bc ko latain prni chahye That being said, this book is so poorly written, the author thinks he is on Twitter, so he keeps using minglish (mixture of English and Urdu) This book has no psychology, it's basic cold reading (look it up) Love analysis is make belief technique sold to gullible masses for profit.
I read it for some psychology discussions in context of local Pakistani culture. It was a bit more random, casual and philosophical than I expected. However there were some useful and interesting things here and there. It might not be a great fit for me as a cognitive scientist and non-fiction reader, but seems nice for general and intended audience.
