Spiritualists cannot effectively refine their soul frequencies in an environment that does not match their soul vibration. The energy that is outside of us does affect our energy field and therefore our soul vibration. Being aware means that you understand this and take action to address it.
In How to Create Positive Energy in Your Space, author Kasi Kaye Iliopoulos explains how you can assess your physical environment and its energetic imprint by looking at the location and structure and harmonising it by crystal gridding and Himalayan Salt placement to combat discord and electromagnetic smog. She also reveals the impact that previous residents, neighbours, and the past have on the present and describes ways to shift discordant energy by decluttering, cleansing, and interior design. Through the use of colour therapy, chakras, plants, flowers, aromas, sound, sacred geometry, and symbology, you can manifest light and positive energy in your home and space. These methods can help you continue on your path of restoring to your original soul template and living the life you came here to experience.
This guide presents ways to evaluate the energetic imprint of the spaces around you and transform them into positive and helpful environments for you to inhabit.

Loved the simple but effective instructions on energy clearing. This is the only book I've found that addresses how to create an energy grid for your home both inside and out. The chapters are short and to the point with explicit information on what to do and how. Kasi has done a marvellous job of distilling the prime concepts and use of crystals, essential oils, de-cluttering , chromatherapy, and aromatherapy into an easy to read primer suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners of living with intention and love and light.
HOW TO CREATE POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR SPACE, by Kasi Kaye is an excellent book if you are contemplating moving into a new house or apartment, or enlivening an older residence. This book is based on the premise that all life is energy affecting an environment. If a residence has stuck energy or lower vibrations emanating from it, Kasi Kaye teaches ways in her book, to move stagnant energy out and move positive energy in.
HOW TO CREATE POSITIVE ENERGY IN YOUR SPACE also introduces protection grids for a home, a unique way to build an energetic defense inside and outside of your residence. The author writes about other forms of protection: how to shield the home from electromagnetic energy, how to remove blocks and discordant energy, and how to remove old energies still lingering from past residents.
Her suggestions of home decor to create a positive environment include colors, sounds, essential oils, plants, and ways to boost negative ions in a home. The author goes into detail about what colors represent, their relationships to the chakras, and what states of mind are improved with differing colors. The author also discusses essential oils, what their uses are for clearing problems, and how they aid healing, and help to uplift energy in the environment.
This book is filled with visual diagrams and pictures, but not too many to confuse readers. Unlike other feng shui books that have countless diagrams going in multi-directions, this book remains simple and easy to understand. The language is tight, the grammar excellent, and the writing done in an appealing British style.
The author maintains a positive tone throughout her book. She has done her homework, giving Greek, Latin, Hebrew, and Egyptian meanings of origin to sacred symbols she displays. Her book is neatly organized, visually uplifting, and uncluttered. Chances are ten-to-one, that she cleansed the energy of her book for your reading pleasure. This is a gem.

Just won a copy of this book in the Giveaways. So stoked as so far this year we have been focussed on lots of positive energy, attracting good things and being mindful. Can't wait to receive the book and will review as soon as I've read it!
I consider this an alternative medicine-type book based on very real cultural, philosophical, medicinal, and religious viewpoints. I enjoyed it and agreed with much of what was mentioned and recommended by the author, even if the reasoning wasn't something I could relate to, the outcomes are something with which I agree. I think this book would be beneficial for anyone, especially if they read it with an open mind.
Easy to read, concise book about creating a positive/healing/protective environment at home or work. I liked the information regarding colours, chakras, interior design, and scents to use in the home and what aspects of your life it can affect.
