Possibly ghost written by Donald Trump, Jr and a bowl of cocaine, 25% of the book-shaped pamphlet deals with informing the reader that they are a fat, lazy slob that doesn’t have a strong enough desire to be awesome.

Originally subtitled “The Art of the Humble Brag,” 50% of the text involves the author going to great efforts to portray his obvious and innate awesomeness. Be on the lookout for LOTS OF UNNECESSARY CAPITALIZATION because this book was likely adapted from A 2 AM TWITTER RANT.

The remaining 25% does delve into self-help guidance aimed at improving the reader’s health, wealth, mind and relationships. But the advice is often interrupted by distracted thoughts reinforcing that the reader is a fat, lazy slob, unlike the author who is REAL ULTIMATE AWESOME. In case you needed reminding.

The CORE of this text is the author-hustler looking for some passive income resulting from about 30 minutes of jotting down angry coach platitudes.

Appreciated that the book (CORE4!) was short and to the point, literally took (CORE4!) around an hour and a half to read. Good message, nothing you wouldn't expect (CORE4 motherfucker!!!!) in this kind of "self-help" book but the message is (CORE4!!!!!) a one that I enjoyed. Basically boils to 4 mains points called CORE4, that every day you should focus on your body, mind, relationship and being productive. THat's your book and it will yell at you to do these things. CORE4!

I feel like there are better books out there for this topic. I’d say skip this one.

There is almost no content to this entire book. It's 100 pages long, which is already short, but the huge font and excessive use of white-space probably makes it more around 40. Add to this that nearly half of the book is wasted on trying to sell you the concept (or some other product the author is selling) and you're left with about 10 pages-worth of very basic content. It's not that it's bad stuff, it's just really basic stuff.

A lot of it reads like bragging to me, and if I had to summarize it, I'd say this book is the "bro" version of pop psych. The constant use of ALL CAPS makes it feel very much like the work of a 15 year old. For example: "It was SO radically different than anything I had ever experienced [...] IT WORKED. I was getting RESULTS."

Another very good way to tell whether the book might be for you or not is the fact that the author strongly recommends reading "As a Man Thinketh", "The Alchemist" and "Think & Grow Rich". Maybe it's your genre, sure wasn't mine.

Honestly the best book I’ve ever ever read and I’ve read thousands. I had bought it for my step-daughter for Christmas. I thought it looked interesting and would be a quick read with maybe a few kick me in the butt pointers. Boy was I wrong........the title of the book is a little misleading but it portrays the authors approach to life.
This book was exactly what I needed today in my life-if someone had given me this years ago my life would be so much different. I’ve had 25 years of my life that involved lots and lots of lost time due to being stressed out, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, angry, etc-
The one question through it all I’ve asked myself over and over and have struggled to achieve is How do I find balance so I don’t get to this point again? This book is that answer. This will become my Bible that I will use to navigate the rest of my life. I will be spreading the word so that hopefully others like me don’t lose wasted years looking for the answers that are all right here in a couple hours of reading!

Trash. This book is trash. There are no page numbers in the book, but I’m gonna guess it’s about 80 pages of ALL CAPS TRASH.

Could've been better. I did not take away anything new. This book is geared towards men and the writer sounds very full of himself.

Life takes work. Business takes work. Being in shape takes work. HARD WORK.
Daily commitment to daily action.
...building habits of success.
Working hard but working SMART.

How you train TODAY
The investments you make in yourself TODAY
...will all shape the person you are...for the rest of your life
$150,000 a month of passive income was the goal

Life ain't easy. Nothing about it is. Whoever tells you to just "hope," or to "think positive thoughts," and things will work out, I can guarantee hasn't accomplished shit.
Around every corner, we see and hear a thousand "successful" people selling every way to "get rich quick," or, "fix your problems overnight," but where do we hear, "Get rich FOR SURE," or "fix your problems FOR SURE?"

Simple book about having goals.

Simple book about having goals. Nothing new or unheard of but has a unique spin on it. Sean covers 4 areas that he focuses on daily and through those areas has found a solution for him that works. Real estate man that lost it all in 2008, to renewed life coach making millions.

Quick book to get through, read in less then 15 minutes. Good reminders on how people over complicate things and just need to start something rather then get a million dollar unique idea to make money.

Overall a good book but nothing life changing.

I loved it

I read this on a very low day, depressed and hopeless. Now I'm determined to get to work. Going to read this again and often. Very motivating, down to earth, and brutally honest. I've found something very valuable by reading this. Got it for my Kindle, totally worth the price. Thank you!

Some people can't stand books like this and some of the negative stuff I read on this book was that it had typos...well it did but I don't care. I really enjoyed this book. It was just so blunt and even though I know how to get my shit together-sometimes you want some random person to tell you the same shit through a book. Adding this book to my list of books to continually read for the rest of my life because sometimes you just need a reminder to stop bullshitting yourself and just get it together.

{Rated R: Lots of language} Short and to the point! Get off your ass and do something with yourself. Stop being a victim and stand up for yourself. Make an impact on the world and to those around you. Focus on being more well-rounded in all aspects of life. The take away from Sean’s book is exactly all of that. He implements a system that works for him and hundreds of others on getting your life back together and improving your quality of life and living. Awesome motivational book!

I don't mind a light and informal read but this was literally just a rant. It's shallow and cliche. It doesn't provide any new knowledge that couldn't have been found off a Google search, as he would say. It also feels like an ad, he's basically just talking about how great he's got it now and constantly talking about his website/business idk. I think it was made your average WHITE joe that needed to hear the obvious.

Terrible book. Maybe I’m just not enlightened enough; who knows.

I think this is a sales pitch, quite honestly. He references “core 4” often but doesn’t lay it out. He also resorts to obscenities, to get his point across, so often that I’m convinced he has limited language skills.

The only reason I made it through this book is because I purchased it on audible and was able to listen to it at 2x speed and it carries me through dinner prep two nights in a row. Thankfully it was purchased on audible and I can return it due to their generous return policy. What a waste of a credit. If you truly feel the need to read this, please go the audible route so you can return it, or check it out of the library (does the library even stock books of this low caliber?) please don’t spend your money on this. It’s just not worth it.

The best 2.95 I have ever spent

This book, as short and inexpensive as it is, is also the most actionable self-help book I have ever read. It's just a no BS daily routine to improve the 4 major aspects of your life.

Good idea, poor presentation

The author couldn't get more than 3 paragraphs written without adding a curse word which detracted enourmously from the credibility of the ideas presented.

I mean, yeah, if this man was my personal trainer, I would get stuff done, guaranteed XD
I think I found my kind of "self help" book, straight to the point, clear, no complicated metaphor or convoluted philosophy, and curse words.....I kinda like curse words, they drive the point. I´m not the kind of person who can read a lot between the lines, I need stuff said directly, I'm not that smart. This book did that, I appreciate it.

However, I feel like I need to say it again, self help books will be a hit or miss depending of the author, depending on the reader AND the reader´s mindset at the time of reading the book, it can be a little tricky, that´s why I´ve learned not to be too harsh on the genre, since just because a book wasn't right for me, doesn't it can´t be right for someone else, you just need to try it.

This book reminded me a lot of 75hard. It had the aura of a know it all dude who brags a little too much but the core principles are solid. Also not a fan of the giant bold large font but just a personal preference.

For those who never been in the world of self-help before, this book would probably rock your world. but for me, as someone who has been through countless self-help books, it just feels like more of the same, and it's getting old.

I listened to this booked on Audible to help pass the time during work, so if I were to sum it up for you: just read the title and move on.
