I WAS MOLESTED AND LIKED IT

Did I just say that? Yes! How could I? How could I possibly like such a despicable act? I’m sure your interest in this book was piqued by that alone. Either you know from experience what I’m speaking about or you’re wondering what the hell is going on?

Well, this is my story. I guess right here is where a disclaimer should go. This book is NOT for everyone. Everyone can’t handle the story I’m about to tell, matter of fact it has taken me over 30 years to be able to tell it.

For those who dare to venture into such a semi sickening world, hopefully you will learn why some people behave in the manner in which they behave, for statistics prove that there are far too many children being molested. For those who happened to have lived or are living a similar story, may my story help to heal a deep wound.

Few pages, but powerful message.

When self-love ends, dysfunction begins

I didn’t rate this book five stars because it was well written, or because the story kept me engaged, or even because I possibly know the author, no. I gave this book five stars because this lady could’ve died in a lie that wasn’t her own. Believing that these things had happened to her because she did something wrong or was simply born into the wrong family, is often among some of the greatest lies ever told, especially when this torture has become your every day living.

She believed in herself enough to tell her story and to shed some light on something that is too often turned away with a blind eye.

This could happen to anyone, but the truth is, it doesn’t have to happen.

However, the real reason it continues to happen, is because nobody takes a stand and calls it out for what it truly is. A lack of self-love on the part of the parents and the normalization of this dysfunction from society. This isn’t normal and should NEVER be accepted s as such.

My heart goes out to everyone who has been subjected to this and so many other forms of sexual abuse. It is never your fault, but it is your responsibility to speak up and say something about it; because only then can this vicious cycle truly end, and the life that you were intended to have (by means of your healing) can finally begin.

Thank you for this and especially for your courage to live and help others do the same.♥️

Thank you.

I really needed to read this. As messed up as it is, it helps knowing that I'm not the only one who felt this way. My mind seemed to always be at war and even as an adult I have a hard time wrapping my head around it.

Too short!

I was expecting the book to be more in depth. There are millions of girls (and boys) who have gone through this horrible ordeal and have been changed forever.
