The human body is basically a machine controlled by a super advanced computer, your brain. By taking a look at how we can interrupt the computers ability to talk to the machine we can develop a plan for defeating a violent attacker. This interruption can be accomplished through the use of various self-defense tools and techniques. In Breaking the Machine we will look at, not just the use of several self-defense tools, but also the mind-set and decision making process of someone engaged in criminal activity. It's through the understanding of that decision making process that we can attack the computer, exploit weakness that become presented, and then break the machine to stop the attack.
