Must Read for Any Practice Owner
I’ve read many dental books, but this is easily one of if not the best. Dr. Etchison breaks down a very comprehensive guide to elevate your dental practice to a highly performing practice. He doesn’t simply pontificate what he does and say how awesome he is; every chapter as actionable items that really force the dentist to take a hard look at their practice and see where they can perform better. Mindset is important, and many books focus on that, but he also focuses on high quality content for better systems from literally every single element of the dental practice from staff and doctor appearance, scheduling, handling problem patients, transition between front desk to hygienist to doctor, financing, even small talk with the patients. This book literally covers it all, and I enjoyed the little references to retro-video games, but this book doesn’t get lost in the story telling like other books. Definitely worth every dentists time to read!

Dr. Etchison didn't perfect his tone, but his emphasis on dental systems stimulated thought and inspired me. The pictures and diagrams convey his points and communicate his ideas, so your business can excel!

Great read. It isn’t one that will collect dust on the bookshelf. I will definitely return to it and look over the many dog-eared pages from the first read!
