Such a sweet and realistic slice of life. I love how it doesn’t try to follow the usual BL troupes but rather taking the route of a sweet high school romance. We have two very considerate leads who are not boxed within the cliche troupes but as Miyano says, even being called cliche can be considered an honor as you’ve actually reached a certain standard. The volumes are relatively shorter compared to other manga, yet they are heart warming. You feel your heart skip a beat at the same time makes your heart really full after reading their interactions. I’m going through the volumes at god speed.

Another cute installment in the series. 3.5
While there isn’t much that I can say about this one because it’s the 3rd in the series, I’m really enjoying the fact that these two are able to maintain a relationship like a solid friendship while Miyano attempts to figure out where he stands. There isn’t any animosity or awkwardness while Miyano attempts to figure out his own identity. I respect that the mangaka made the decisions to center that aspect of their relationship. I wasn’t really sure what to expect when Miyano technically friend zoned Sasaki for a little while, but it worked out nicely. Definitely looking forward to the next volume.

Mi corazoncito agradece la existencia de este manga, nunca pensé que volvería a enamorarme así de una historia con romance escolar después de haber leído Cherry Blossoms After Winter ♡

Lmfao I was such a hater last review? Love when I reread something and realize past me did 0 critical thinking. anyway...
This is a more lighthearted story and I think it's trying to feed into the whole typical bl thing since that's what Miyano reads and he is so unsure of himself. Which is why it's all "Idk if I like boys, but I like you." Also Sasaki seems to just transcend sexuality. He's a go with a flow kind of guy and he'll like who he likes. And the whole thing with Miyano not understanding BL relationships, I think it's more that he doesn't seem to understand relationships in general. He's very confused about himself because he doesn't understand his feelings. He clearly likes Sasaki, but he's unsure if these feelings are the same as the crush on that girl he had in middle school or if he's just feeling that way because he's associating his life with bl and creating a narrative for himself or something.
This story is just so freaking wholesome and cute. I've also been reading then watching the corresponding anime episodes and I love how closely the anime follows the book. It's so perfect and I feel so floaty and happy reading and watching this series.

I honestly cannot scream enough about how much I love Sasaki. HE'S SO CUTE.
A common thing in BL is the whole "I'm not gay I just like you" thing and this does that which is annoying. And Miyano saying he doesn't understand gay relationships as a BL fanboy is so ugh. I know it's probably extremely common. I really prefer when BL goes all in to the discovering sexuality thing, but it doesn't seem like it's ever going to go there. Anyway... I'm still liking it and I love the characters and I'm glad we're still getting the bonus chapters with Hirano and his roommate. They're absolutely adorable.

I love that even though Miyano is trying to figure out his true feelings for Sasaki, their relationship doesn’t change for the worse and overall they’re both still kind and light-hearted towards each other. Sasaki just wants to love his kohai freely and it’s adorable to read about. Also, I really wish to see more of Hirano and his roommate: Kagiura.

Again!! This is adorable, and I wouldn't be tired of saying it again and again! Slowburn but solid and pure! Although, not going to lie, I just wished Miyano will realize his feelings already! And Sasaki's perseverance and pure adoration for Miya is just—augh, I want to scream! I just love it so so so much! There's just a certain amount of angst and fluff that I'm looking for. It's really a good read!

This was really sweet! I loved that Sasaki finally told Miyano that he has feelings for him. I also really liked that Miyano acknowledged just how brave Sasaki’s confession was. And I also liked that Miyano still has to do some thinking and figuring out of his own feelings, all without rejecting Sasaki. I just really liked this one and I can’t wait to read the next one. Volume three is getting a solid four stars from me. 😊

Comencé este manga porque me dijeron que es parecido a Heartstopper pero en versión manga. No tengo idea de si se parecen o no, pero tiene el tipo de romance rosa que puedes disfrutar entre lecturas más pesadas, algo que ambas obras tienen en común.

Après un premier tome très confus au niveau temporel et un deuxième qui relevait bien la barre en se montrant plus clair, j’attendais ce troisième tome pour savoir ce vers quoi ce titre allait définitivement pencher et malheureusement, j’ai été déçue par le rythme terriblement lent qui se met en place.
Je n’ai absolument rien contre les histoires un peu tranquille de couples qui se découvrent et de scénarios à base de tranches de vie qui se déroulent tout au long d’une année scolaire.
Mais là j’ai eu l’impression de tomber dans un faux rythme dans lequel il ne se passait absolument rien.
Pourtant, Sasaki se décide à prendre les choses en main et, dès le début du tome, il annonce à Miyano qu’il l’aime mais qu’il veut lui laisser le temps pour que celui-ci prenne sa décision.
Pour un garçon qui s’est toujours positionné comme hétérosexuel et qui est tout de même plutôt jeune, Mya est bien entendu très surpris, d’autant plus que Sasaki n’utilise pas vraiment de bons arguments, lui disant tout d’abord qu’il aime beaucoup son visage, puis qu’il ne pense pas être gay, comme s’il voyait Miyano en tant que fille et non pas pour le garçon qu’il est, ce qui forcément le questionne beaucoup.
Tout ça aurait sans doute pu être intéressant mais, à la fin de ce tome, on n’est pas plus avancé qu’au début, chacun des deux garçons étant sur la même longueur d’onde qu’au départ.
On a donc beaucoup de questionnements intérieurs qui n’aboutissent pas et une mise en retrait des amis du lycée qui m’a un peu déçue puisque Miyano garde tout pour lui-même et ne parle à personne de ses sentiments.
Peut-être que je n’étais pas dans l’humeur idéale pour supporter un récit qui donne l’impression d’avancer à la vitesse d’une limace, mais je ne pense pas que les choses iront en s’améliorant avec le temps (soyons honnête, je suis allée me spoiler pour savoir le temps qu’il faudrait aux deux personnages pour se mettre en couple, et j’ai trouvé ça indécemment trop long). Je vais donc arrêter ce titre avant de passer trop de temps à m’énerver contre lui et contre Miyano et Sasaki qui sont deux bonshommes tout à fait adorables et qui ne méritent pas que je m’acharne contre eux.

Omg! This just getting cuter and cuter. I love how much Miyano is giving Sasaki's confession thought and I have high hopes. Also, I absolutely loved the small scenes we got with Hirano and his roommate it's making me more excited to read their series too 😍😍😍

Please get licensed in English soon, I need the physical copies on my bookshelf. (And while I love Sasaki and Miyano to pieces I wouldn't mind seeing more of Hirano and his roommate as well).

So far this series has been about 2.5 stars. It is incredibly slow and nothing much has happen so far which makes it kind of boring. The characters aren't that interesting either other than Sasaki.

everyone is absolutely LOVING this series rn so i dont think i'm going to be in the majority here but i just did not mesh with this book. here's a few things i found wrong with it
- the pacing. oh my god why was every scene 2 pages long? Why did we jump SO MUCH in between scenes? there were no transitions. Also whenever something big actually happened, it was 2 panels long and then done we have moved on entirely the next page. I just couldn't get into any part of this cause it was changing a panel later. I've never experienced this with any other manga i've ever read so idk how to even explain it T-T
- the mcs relationship was boring im sorry like all they talk about is the bl manga exchange they have going on i get that thats the premise but also good lord we are three volumes in PLEASE have SOME sort of relationship/character growth?
- honestly the entire story is kinda boring i was expecting way more from such a fun premise
so yeah just not a series for me so I'll be ending my reading of it here.

He tardado 2 volúmenes en ponerle 5 estrellas al manga porque al principio era bastante introductorio y tal, pese a que me ENCANTA la trama y que Sasaki esté tan interesado en Miyano que se adapte a sus hobbies. La verdad me gustaría conocer más a Sasaki, pero entiendo que esto es muy slow burn y eso tambien me gusta porque me mantiene con ganas crónicas de seguir leyendo.
Y saber más de la historia de Hirano y su compañero de habitación >>>>>>>. Espero que haya más desarrollo de esa pareja también… 😁

So, I started watching the anime and it made me appreciate the first two volumes even more. Super cute watching the manga in colour and in moving pictures (hehe). As I started the next ep, I realized the next scene must've been from Vol. 3 so I stopped it and decided to read the manga first.
Don't get me wrong, this series is cute, and it is literally every BL trope ever. The over-thinking from Miyano can be a little much at times (I get it, it's literally what his stereotypical BL character should be) and I can't help but be like, "COME ON!!!!"
Anyway, it's still cute. I already have the next three volumes to get through, so I'll probably alternate between each anime episode and manga.

This story drags so muuuuch...oh my god! I don't mind a slow burn but it has to be more interesting than this! Yes, the characters are adorable and I'm absolutely in love with Sasaki but NOTHING is happening and this is already the third volume!! 😤 If I'm being completely honest this whole thing has been sort of boring and there's no way I'm starting volume 4 anytime soon. If it wasn't for the fantastic art this would've easily been 1.5 stars.
To be fair, it should be noted that most people actually enjoyed this, so maybe still give it a chance...? Maybe I'm just weird...who knows.
