Edgar is an adorable little field mouse whose home is destroyed, and so he sets off on an adventure to find a new home. When he discovers a family having a picnic by the river, he climbs into their picnic basket for a snack and is taken on a ride inside their campervan. Edgar certainly ends up having some great adventures and meeting lots of interesting characters along the way. In the end, he finds, not only a new home, but a new family, too. This is a lovely story with illustrations which will ignite kid’s imaginations and be enjoyed by the whole family.

A great book with awesome and I would even say realistic pictures! This book reminds us that we shouldn't give up even when we lose something. That adorable mouse Edgar showed that it's possible to stay positive and encouraged when your house is destroyed. And sometimes it just means the beginning of a new great story full of adventures and new lovely people. It's also a great story to discuss with kids and to bring up a positive attitude and the ability to overcome difficulties.
Thank you for this great gook and time with Edgar!

What a cute story of this mouse who had a need to find a new home....

I enjoyed this story's and the pop up in this ebook worked beautifully of how this mouse Edgar found that there were not only animals in that forest he found himself in but also a human who wanted to befriend him, too. Therefore I wish to recommend this ebook for kids ages 4-8 & or in grades P-3.
I received this for free using KU and in return, here is my honest review. Super. By Sunny.
