Profound

His ideas are so profound and yet so obvious, when I think on them. He is ancient and current at the same time. I am enamoured by Epictetus and his wisdom. I can see some of his ideas may have influenced New Testament writers who were Roman and immersed in that culture. So much to think on.

Thoroughly enjoyed

This is my first Epictetus book and I read along with the Audible recording, and when busy enjoyed the Audible recording through my headphones. I thoroughly enjoyed this and will continue to use this type of material to build on good.
